Google5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Saturday emergency service! I called BBB Garage Door Services around 3 PM on a Saturday when our garage door wouldn't open at all—I thought it was a sensor issue. They initially quoted a 5-7 PM window, but then called back saying someone could come within 30 minutes. Ben arrived by 4:30. Ben was thorough and methodical in his diagnosis. He tested new sensors from his truck to rule out a sensor problem, confirmed power was reaching the motor, and determined the motherboard had been fried and we needed a new motor. He gave us options: $750 for a ceiling-mounted motor with labor, or $1,600 for a wall-mounted motor with labor. Since we happened to have a brand new wall-mounted motor on hand, he installed ours for $300 labor. He also noticed the springs were too loose, causing the door to drop shut on manual mode and strain the motor. For an extra $100, he tuned them up so the door now stays suspended when in manual. The whole job took only about an hour: removing the old motor, mounting the new wall unit, running all the wiring, installing new sensors, and setting up the automatic door lock that came with the motor. All the wiring—from the wall button to the motor to the outlet—looks really clean and professional. The door works perfectly now, actually better than before. Ben was efficient and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him and BBB Garage Door Services for anyone needing fast, professional garage door repair!

Google5I called BBB garage doors after my door got stuck halfway open, with a broken spring and a broken metal tube. Eli the technician came within 2 hours and replaced my garage door system efficiently and quickly, I highly recommend using them for anyone who’s looking for garage service

Google5Called Ben the owner to repair a broken spring for my garage door on a Sunday morning at 11:00 am he sent Nero his technician out and he arrived within 30 minutes He came with all the tools and new springs and replaced everything with new springs and cleaned up all the broken springs I highly recommend calling Ben’s company for any garage needs Thanks again Eddie Delray Beach 1/4/2026

Google1Horrible company the boss Ben and the main worker Eldan are scammers they came and installed incorrect cheap springs that broke the same day and refused to install the right size , they warranty is fake and the receipts are fake , they have no license to work with companies they claim to work with , pretended to call the company Dab Doors (who made my garage) and never spoke to them . All to lie and run cheap springs now they won’t honor the right size and got my garage door randomly falling from springs not being able to support the weight. Came and replaced the wrong size and wont answer the customer calls to do the job right . Pick any company but this one , you’ll thank me .

BBB1Not a good work ethic..Tells you one thing then he charges you differently when he's done..If you refuse to pay him he threatens with going to take off what he has Replaced..My fault for not getting it in writing first..
