Google3They came and fixed my double garage door, the spring had broken. The technician fixed the: -Springs. $259 each the technician changed 2 -Drum pulleys $130 each the technician changed 2 With Labor cost total Bill $906.00 It was not an emergency call. Lets see how the garage holds out. They did the job at about twice the price I am seeing on the internet. I did pay them $906 They seem pricey. I suggest you shop around before calling Elk Garage door BSD Garage doors

Google5Damage lock is a headache. Suddenly the key was stuck inside. Called BSD Garage LLC. Given the price quote. After the order, they took 45 minutes to resolve the lock problem. Thanks to BSD Garage, LLC.

Google5When you talk about a prompt, high-quality and budget-friendly service, BSD Garage will never fail you! This company was referred to me by my mom who had a problem with the tension springs of her garage a few years ago. Her garage door is still up and running to this day and had never given her an issue since it was repaired. Now that I was the one who needed help with the door's transmitters, this company arrived on time and conducted their diagnosis. The technicians explained to me what had happened and made everything clear. Showing their knowledge about the primary issue impressed me. Not even an hour goes by and they were able to resolve it just like nothing had happened. I was so happy with your service! Now, I don't wonder why mom never doubted to recommend you. Google5This company is truly a life-saver! I had very limited time yesterday to deal with this garage door problem, but you made everything easy and hassle-free for me. The vehicle used for me to go to work was inside the garage and I couldn't open it anymore. I immediately called you and received the earliest available time without undergoing a complicated process or series of questions that would consume my time. I thought I'd miss my meeting in the office, but it didn't happen. Your technicians arrived 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Then, within an hour, the problem was fixed. Angi5One of the Torsion springs broke on a Saturday afternoon. Called BSD Sunday morning. A new pair of springs along with a pair of worn bearing brackets were replaced Sunday afternoon. Ron's a true professional and worked quickly. My only small (and I do mean small) gripe was the price of each spring. $119 for each is like twice what the big box stores sell 'em for but hey, this ain't a big-box and it got fixed on a Sunday. Google5My springs broke at night. I was able to set up the appointment promptly right before a holiday. Both the person on the phone and the technician were courteous. They gave phone calls to let me know when they were arriving and came in the time frame they quoted. The work was done quickly and efficiently, literally in 15 minutes. My door was back in operation in less than 24 hours.

Google5Technician showed up on time and diagnosed our issue quickly. Very polite and professional. Completed repairs quickly and thoroughly. Reprogrammed all our openers and the door works great- which is what we needed now that it's starting to snow!

Google1ZERO is my rating. I would Never use this company again. Very unprofessional. Serviceman made advancements. Did unnecessary replacements of parts. $$$ wanted check made out to him personally. Two weeks later I had to hire another and very reliable company to fix there botched job. I didn't want them coming back or near my home. They can't be found as a registered company
