    My daughter talked me into getting an account here, some of their prices are higher than Sam's Club. You don't know what's in the isles unless you go down the whole row to see what's there. Just like any other store they have signs on what's in the isles so you can find what your looking for instead of traveling down the isle that you don't need to be in. Then there's no scan and go, you have to stay in the long lines, what a bother!!!!

    2/13/26: It's tricky awarding a star rating for this store, because on one hand, shopping in the store has always been a wonderful experience, and worth a 5 star rating. ON THE OTHER HAND, ordering from them online has been less than pleasant. For example, I canceled an online order on Saturday, February 7th. I spoke with a sales associate in the store personally, and had been told that the order was successfully canceled. Yet, Costco shipped me the item anyway. (It arrived around Tuesday, February 10th). I was less than pleased, and this is why I only give the store 3 stars. If there was a way I could give it two different ratings, from two diffrent angles I would, but I can't. Google maps isn't set up that way, nor could I expect them to be. The rating system had ti br kept simple, linear and consistent. Shopping in the store has always been a wonderful experience. The store is always clean, well stocked, and they have a wonderful variety of products. Their seasonal items are fun too (holidays snacks and candy for example), but online ordering can sometimes be problematic. If you order an item and it's delayed, the store doesn't tell you WHY, or WHEN, the item will arrive. Another issue I encountered with this particular location is difficulty getting ahold of a sales associate by phone. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't, and it sometimes takes DAYS before a live person picks up the phone. I understand the store gets busy, and there may be a particular hour they can't pick up the phone, (or employees may be on break), but to go an entire day, or DAYS, without answering the phone shouldn't be. They have an online automated system, but not all issues can be resolved at the press of a few buttons. Some problems are complicated, and there are times when you need to speak to a live person. I like this store and will continue to shop here, the employees are courteous and polite, but it would be nice to see improvements with the online ordering situation and staff precense when someone calls...

    Very rude front customer service representative named liz. At 2/11/26 at 3:45pm tried to fix an issue I had that my card stopped costco card stopped working, I told her I had issues once I tried to get a new card for visa, unfortunately she was did not listen and just saw the screen thay said that I lost cards. I try to explain my situation about my visa never arriving but quickly interrupted telling me that I'm getting a one day pass because you need to find the other cards? I was confuse as ive only had one card ever, which is the one i presented but keeps insisting on the one day pass,. I tell her I don't want a one day pass, just hoping to resolve the issue. She goes to a coworker and talks in spanish tells her to print me a new one. Great problem fixed. Unfortunately, liz is not done as I'm taking the picture she talks in spanish and tells me "why don't you talk to me in spanish". I said I'm more comfortable talking in english. So tell me am I forced to talk in spanish? Very rude customer service

    A gentleman with a British accent & a Mohawk helped me while shopping & made my whole experience amazing. He was very courteous & answered all my questions. He was also polite & patient & made some funny jokes. 5/5 stars, I’ll be back because of him!

    A L W A Y S ✨️ C R O W D E D. If you Absolutely hate people I highly recommend visiting this, or any Costco locations. The staff there is awesome, they're nice, helpful and seem to keep an even pleasant mood. I don't know how! People suck royally-in a hurry and do things like putting the milk in the sock aisle, or just about running you down and disregarding the flow of the aisle traffic, to get to the free tasty samples Costco puts out. Poor things would go hungry otherwise. Yeah, get in there, grab you giant pack of TP, $5 rotisserie chicken and pack of chocolate chip cookies before they're,( it would appear they way everyone is rushing about) gone!🙄 forever

    A very busy location in Chicago. Parking is tight and you will wait to do so. This location had a large selection of clothing at attractive pricing. The food and household supplies are great but by the late afternoon much has been taken, and the stock thinning by the minute. I advise going earlier in the day. Checkout was pretty quick even though it was busy, so that's a big plus. The line for discounted gas was 7 deep at each pump.
