Google5George is wonderful. He was training a new tech and was obviously a very experienced guy. I learned about my for system from hearing George teach a step by step trouble shoot, determining parts avail, Part replacement, and repair. We installed the garage door 35 years ago. Cardinal has been out go to since then. Our system has not needed total replacement yet. Problem this time was a broken cable. We replaced the springs 5 years ago and they are fine. They got me 24 hr repair. Much respect to Cardinal... thanks, Professor George.

Google5I have worked with Crystal Overhead Door over the years for repair and upgrade/install needs. Recently my garage door was experiencing issues due to the cold weather and George explained what I need to do to prevent the issue in the future. Google5I'm a 78 yr old widow who needed to have the inside opener fixed, 2 remotes and a safety inspection. I couldn't find the key to the garage, but Eric managed to get in and fix everything! He was patient with me looking for keys (embarrassing for me) but finished the job perfectly and showed me some aspects that will need attention in the future. He also will have the lock changed. I was thrilled to have all this done so smoothly. We've used Crystal for years, very satisfied with their work and professionalism. My heartfelt thanks to Eric for all his help!

Google5It was late on a Sunday night and our garage door opener malfunctioned and starting closing as we back out. Door was stuck halfway and we thought we needed a new door. We called and within an hour they came out and by some miracle he was able to fix it without needing a new door. Amazing !!!

Google5Sunday night, cold and after 10 pm. Crystal to the rescue. Thought our car was going to be trapped all night and had to make sure I could get out of the garage. Door was so mangled, still don’t know how he fixed it. These guys were a miracle. Quick, nice, super knowledgeable. Our guy has been doing it for over 20 years and it showed. So happy we reached out to them!

Google5My remote stopped working, and he came out within the hour to bring me a new remote and do maintenance on the door. He even talked me out of getting a new door because he said mine was a good quality and should last me awhile longer. I appreciated his professionalism, timeliness, and how he didn't just jump at the chance to sell me a new door. That definitely increased my trust level, so I will be calling them for all of my overhead garage door needs!

Google5We had an emergent garage situation. Eric was so kind in scheduling us and answering all of our questions. Adil came out first thing the next morning and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not only was the service way better than the last place we used, the cost was less than half. We greatly appreciated their service and would use them 100% again.

Google5Called at 7:30am and Joel was at my house by 8am! He knew what the problem was very quickly and fixed it in about an hour. He was very kind and professional. The person on the phone was also very helpful and provided great customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

Angi5I needed overhead torsion springs replaced after one side snapped - 10 years old. I called Crystal on a Tuesday at 6pm and the owner answered the phone. Spoke to him for a while and found he had deep knowledge of garage doors and products and I appreciate that. We scheduled for next day in afternoon. Fast, nice! Next day, mid afternoon, no call from tech, I put in a status check call. Original tech was delayed, but they had George, on his way in 30 minutes. Great! George was excellent, explaining everything he was doing, possible options, and when all agreed, he replaced the springs, adjusted the door. He finished up, cleaned up and demonstrated everything with some working advice going forward. Hands down, they're my garage door specialists now and forward. Services Rendered: Replacement of overhead torsion springs for double garage door.

After a very professional and pleasant conversation with her, she dispatched George to come to our house to provide a work estimate. George arrived less than an hour later (pretty good service, I'd say) and again was very professional and pleasant. He also observed all of the Covid protocols which is very important to us. He gave us an estimate and also provided advice on things that I could do myself to better maintain our garage door. I'm now considering the estimate and weighing it with my budget needs.
