Google5My installer was great. He went through all the in and out of the product and answered all my question. He also helped me install and enable the remote app saving me a lot of time. The install was neat and professional. I could not be happier with the complete job.

Google5Garage door was jammed open due to a mechanical failure. Looking for a repair. Quick service scheduled for the following morning! Quotes were straight forward and honest. Repair technician was quick, thorough, and very very courteous! Excellent job. Garage foor operates flawlessly again!

Google5Had an issue with cable coming off the pulley, called DC right away and spoke with Jessica. She first asked if everyone was okay and proceeded to schedule the repair. Scott came in the following day and fixed the issue. Recommended some few items for future improvements, which I appreciated. Level of customer service is exceptional with DC. They will be our go to guys for our garage door needs. Thank you!

Google5DC Garage is an amazing company. My garage door broke and was open halfway all night long. Scott and Dan knew how critical it was to fix the door immediately. Scott was extremely professional, presented a quote and less than two hours later my door was fixed. Thank you for coming out so quickly. I am extremely grateful. Google5It all started with the phone call. The women was very nice and genuine. Dan came out the same day, he offered a few options and his professional opinions on my garage door situation. He explained in details of fixing my tilted, wedged garage door. When the job was done he was easy to talk too and explained some upkeep on the door and some small talk. Great guy! Very professional! Google5Jessica and Dan are a great and hard working team that will not accept anything but perfection. we truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. they would not even accept our money until everything was completed to perfection (our door had some very minor flaws i did not even notice but they did and they performed the job twice basically so it looked perfect). i would recommend them to anyone and everyone just cause they were awesome to work with. thanks Jessica and Dan!

Yelp5I have had a problem with one of my 2 garage doors. These are in a garage approaching 35 years old. One of the doors would only go up about 3 feet then stop. I did the few things I know to do to see what might be wrong with no result. I then watched a youtube to see how to clean a garage door system. Mine is old and the rollers and other parts looked it. I cleaned and lubricated and then saw that one of the springs was broken. I called DC and they had a repairman out in 2 days (I told them not urgent). The repairman was great did an inspection and told me all my options, including replacement. I opted for repair and it opens and closed better than I ever remember it working. This company is a great one to call when you need help!

Yelp5The left side cable of our garage door loosened while closing and made the door inoperable and open. Used social media to locate a company that repairs garage doors and read reviews before calling. Found quite a few businesses but the reviews that I read on DC Garage doors and Services located in Lombard IL made me reach out to DC. Their tech Joe contacted to update me on his arrival and was promptly here at the time given to me. Joe did an outstanding job with the service and repair. The price and service rendered was awesome! Yelp4Had my garage door rail bent and damaged which caused a roller to pop out the rail. Made the door inoperable. Called DC and was fortunate enough to find out he was in the area just completing a job. Technician was here in 10 minutes. Fixed the door and was finished in about 30 minutes. He also noticed a couple bolts missing on the track and replaced them and did an overall check. That was as responsive in time as you can get. My 2nd time using them and would recommend them for you garage door needs.

Yelp5DC Garage Service received the "gold medal" replacing my garage door in professionalism, punctuality, and politeness. I was fortunate to have Dan come out to my residence the same day after my garage spring has disconnected. However, my wife and I decided to replace our old 1963 garage door. Dan did a great job helping my wife and I pick out the design, price, and scheduling for the replacement. Dan did a first-rate job finding out and making sure the supplies and door was in stock for us. It was nice to have David and Dan to come out to my house on time for the replacement of my garage door. The replacement only took a few hours, with an awesome outcome. I was impressed with the style and the lack of noise my new garage door sounds going up/down.

Yelp5I was in a panic from being locked out of my garage with NO key in sight! My search started right here... One phone call explaining my situation when this Extremely knowledgeable gentleman answered and calmed me down... He showed up within 15 minutes! The problem was a lot more than I thought but he repaired it and got me in! They were masked up (Covid-19) AND ready for even the toughest job! Thank you guys for being such professionals during a time in need!! Highly recommended!!

Yelp5Dan was awesome. My garage door was stuck open after the cable snapped and one of the rollers broke. Initially he was not available but he rearranged his schedule to repair the door so it was not left open all night. He tuned up the other garage doors and now they run smoothly and quietly. He is knowledgeable and shares his assessments for what needs to be fixed. I appreciate that he does not use pressure sales tactics.

Yelp5My garage door opener is older and started reopening as soon as it closed. I tried to fix it myself and made a bigger mess. Emailed DC Garage Door Thursday evening and they responded immediately letting me know the fee for a service call. I called Friday morning and they worked me in that day. They called to say could they come earlier and arrived as agreed and had it fixed in no time. Very good experience and a solid company. I love giving my business to the family owned/smaller companies and this company is a keeper. Thank you so much!

Had Dan come out on a Saturday for an estimate to replace both of my garage doors (one single bay and one double) gave me a lot of options and a great price with the doors we picked. Doors were custom ordered and arrived within 3 weeks. Installation was fantastic, both doors, a new belt motor with WiFi, and new openers all done in about 6 hours. The job came out beautiful! Also love that Dan is always there to answer the phone and able to assist with any questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for garage door repairs or new installation. 100% satisfied. Thanks again!
