Google1I bought a condo and the previous owner purchased a door from this company. It has been a nightmare getting my door installed and then having it installed improperly. Call, send messages no answer. Not sure why my experience is so different from all the other reviews.

Google5I hired Door Guy to install a new front door with a side panel and replace a glass door with a solid one. It was a very tricky job, but Door Guy handled it with impressive skill and attention to detail. The installation turned out beautifully, and everything fits perfectly. His professionalism and expertise really showed throughout the process. I highly recommend Door Guy for any door installation or similar projects – he did a fantastic job!

Google5They are amazing professionals! They arrived our home 20 minutes after I called them on a Friday late afternoon. They immediately found out the problem of the door, and had it fixed. From the time the door was broken to the time it was fixed, it was only 4 hours! I appreciate their work ethnics, the promptness and professionalism. We will use them again!

Google5Wow, the other reviewers do not exaggerate. Lynn is the real deal and the last of the truly honest independent contractors. If you stop reading now all you need to know is one thing, hire Lynn now before he's booked up! My house was broken into while I was on vacation, I needed the door fixed asap and made more secure or I'd have to cancel part of my vacation to handle it. After getting a recommendation on a board up service, Lynn told me he'd be there the next day to take the plywood off and fix the door and inspect how secure it would be in the future. This was a massive favor as every other contractor would not do work to my house without me as the owner present. Lynn understood my problem, came in a snow storm to fix the door frame and lock back to new again and secure the door so no one could break it down again. After trading emails about how to make my house as secure as possible, he found a great solid core custom door and frame at a great price and came to install it the next week. I know construction as my family is in the home building business and Lynn and his assistant did a perfect job. Not only putting the frame and door in the casement, but knowing I was very concerned about security, putting in extra reinforcements and a steel plate on the lock plate for an extra hour at no charge. I now have a beautiful back door with serious security features, making it nearly impossible to break into again. All in Ward did all this for slightly more than contractors on home advisor quoted me for a cheap door and frame from home depot with no extra security features. Thank you Door Guy, for saving my vacation and making us feel safe in our home again!

Google5Note- I also posted this on another review site, so I can share my really positive experience with this company. In February 2020 we had the Door Consultants come to take a look at our wood back entry door that was closing slightly off-center due to what appeared to be an issue with the top hinge. Earlier in the summer I attempted to DIY fix-it by ordering a new hinge, and it only slightly improved the situation. After getting a few quotes for a door replacement (which would be costly due to custom sizing required) I decided to try the door consultants. I sent them an email in the late morning, they called me later that afternoon, and since they were working on a project nearby they were available the same day to come out on a Wednesday evening at around 7 pm (I work late hours so that was my earliest availability). After quick work by the crew of 2 my door was closing with ease again, better than I had expected. Work by the Door Consultants was hands down the best $200.00 I ever spent on service/maintenance for the house, and saved me hundreds/thousands of dollars not having to replace what was an otherwise functional back door.

Google5I reached out to Door Consultants about fixing an old, heavy exterior door to my condo building. The owner, Lynn, is extremely knowledgeable about everything related to door mechanics and hardware. He was very responsive and thorough about understanding the specifics of the problem up front, and then very transparent about my options and pricing. During the repair, Lynn talked me through what exactly he was doing, and how I could mitigate or prevent further issues in the future. I not only resolved my issue, but learned a great deal about how doors work. I would absolutely recommend Lynn and Door Consultants to anyone in need of door repairs.

Google5Lynn was readily available and even answered the phone on Thanksgiving at 9pm after we learned our door was kicked in. He scheduled us for next day. Took him 1.5 hours for full frame and door replacement and he was able to save us some money by reusing the lock. Courteous, professional and quick! highly recommend.

Google5I would leave 10 stars if I could! Our front door was broken and we found just the guys to do it - all they do is doors, and it was apparent that they knew exactly what they were doing! The Door Guys are even coming back to install a more secure part on the door this weekend and going out of their way to do it. Really, the absolute best service, friendliest duo and the most knowledgeable people we talked to about our door fiasco! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!
