They both were on time and they did the job quickly. The door works fine now. It was the New Year eve afternoon and I called my usual people. They said they were closed during the weekend but they might come and help me if I call them again in case of emergency. I found the Dupage Contractors through the phone book. When I called them they said they would be here in twenty minutes or even early. They came and replaced the spring. A couple of days later the door didn't open up so they came out and replaced the gear. They did a pretty good job on that. They were here when they said they would be, they did what ever they had to do and I didn't have to be there when they were working. I didn't shop around but I think the price was okay. I had replaced the springs about five or six years ago when we moved here. They replaced both the springs so I didn?t have to call them again. It saved me some money because if I replace one spring then I would have to call them again for the other one. When I called them they diagnosed the problem and told me what the problem was. They were on time and they called me when they were here. They were responsible, punctual and one guy said he might be late but he was not. The first guy was an old guy. He was very good and personable. The other guy was a very young guy he did his job, got on to the business and didn't fool around. I would use them again because both the experiences have been very positive. Services Rendered: Dupage Contractors came out replaced the spring when they came for the first time and second time they replaced the gear that works on the chain in January.
