Google5We could not recommend Feldco more and are very happy with our new sliding door. Andrew came over and explained the whole process and was extremely thorough. The warranty and customization options were unheard of compared to the other places we looked at before we decided to go with Feldco. The installation process was efficient and the team left everything just as clean as it was when they arrived. We will definitely be back for future purchases!

Google5I had a great experience. Gary Kos (sales man) helped me understand the value of Feldco windows. I received other estimates, but I was more interested in value and long-term versus just price. The installation process was amazing. John the head installer did an amazing job protecting my floors during the install, installing the windows with his crew and picking up all the debris after the installation. He was very friendly and precise with his craft. I will highly recommend Feldco to my family and friends. I had 25 windows installed and it took them 1.5 days, amazing

Google5First I would like to thank Peter Metcalif my product specialist who came to my home to help me replace an old side door. Peter explained everything and gave me all the details on install and product. Today, Daniel & Idalia my door installers came to install my old side door as well as a storm door. I am absolutely amazed at the quality of work!! The dream team amazing perfection. My side door was no easy install either with the custom dimension. Everyone was so polite and kind. God Bless You! I want to say I think it was 2011 or 2014 Feldco also replaced all my windows and sliding glass door, and they still look brand new great quality. I will be calling you back for my garage door. Google2Had windows installed 4 years ago. An issue came up with a piece of trim separating between two windows. I emailed Feldco pics. They told me it would be $129 to fix the issue, as it’s not covered under warranty. Before this issue, I would get random calls from the company inquiring about future projects…siding, roof, etc. Why would I ever use them again if this is how their “lifetime limited warranty” works. I was happy with the install and original price. But good luck if an issue arises. I talked to Amanda at the company.

Yelp1Very disappointed with the customers service. I wish I would have read the reviews on the BBB before hiring them for my windows. The communication was horrible. Almost all of my voicemails were never returned once the contract was signed. Paid a deposit but was charged the full amount of the windows before the project was completed. I was informed by a GM that I would not be charged the full amount before the job was completed but was anyway. There are several GM's there that tell you different things. I was basically lied too. The project was completed way later than the agreed timeline because of a mistake they made. The caulking job on the windows seemed very subpar and not clean. I would highly recommend NOT using this company. They do not care about their customers.

Yelp1I chose this company because I was looking for a good experience. Unfortunately what I received has been exact opposite. Feldco sided my house September 2020. By October the first piece of siding had ripped off my front porch. A crew came in and fixed the piece by nailing directly through the front of it. Eventually I would find out the reason why they did that... the siding was installed wrong and had no crimp to attach the top row. Fast forward 9 months... the siding has ripped off the house in multiple locations. It has also buckled so bad off the house that the company agreed to redo the entire house. The only problem is, they are not getting back to me! Material was supposed to be ordered months ago. When I called for an update I found out that the project manager has switched department, and the material was not ordered. I was assured it would be ordered and I would hear back. Again, it has been just over two months and no word. Unfortunately the company seems like they are giving us no choice but to move forward with legal action.

Yelp2The whole experience was just not what I expected. We invested quite a lot of money in new windows for our house, but throughout the whole process things just did not go well. I'm still disappointed and feel like there were so many errors. When our sales rep came out to sell the windows to us, he had us choose an exterior color and an interior color. We chose white interior and bronze exterior, which on the website looked like a nice dark (almost black) color. I don't think he actually showed us any color swatches, we already had our color in mind from the website. Well, we did not know, but there are actually TWO exterior colors to choose - the actual window and the metal capping around the windows. This is our first time replacing home windows. There were lots of opportunities to alert us to the fact we could choose two exterior colors, and that the bronze will not match (more on that further down). A couple days after we signed our contract our sales rep called us back said he erroneously entered 'white' as the exterior color as well, and could we do white. We said no, we can't (our house is a light tan color). He agreed to continue with bronze and eat the cost as it was his mistake. Ok. The day of installation was when we noticed the windows and the capping were totally different shades of brown. The windows are a chocolate brown and the capping is our original choice (almost black). It looks terrible. We were told the windows and the capping are sourced from totally different places and so the colors won't match (mind you this is after the windows are already installed and crew has left). If someone would have told us at any point leading up to that, we would have been able to select a second color and get what we imagined. Anyways, they are coming back out to replace the capping with a different color, but that's the color we liked. No other choice. No way to change the window color as that's installed into the house. It's a terrible chocolate brown color which doesn't really match anything. So they're trying to fix it but still disappointed. They also didn't use the complete lead protocol we paid for (our house was built before 1978), but they also didn't tell us they didn't use the complete lead protocol until I called to complain about the color of the windows, and I asked why they didn't use the plastic tarps and stuff. Then, they did agree to refund the amount we paid for the using the lead protection. They said the reason they didn't feel they needed to use the lead protection was that paint was not on skirting, but there was clearly paint everywhere on our windows, so I have no idea. If we paid for it, they should have done it. I won't be recommending their services. I expected a much different experience as I'd heard good things from other people.

Yelp5We had windows replaced in a family business. From the first meeting with the sales representative we were comfortable with Feldco. Everyone was professional and helpful throughout the project. Our windows were installed in 4 weeks which was wonderful since we were in a rush to get the project finished. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them.
