Called and talked to Ziad on a Friday at 4:30. Had just gotten home from work and the door wouldn't open. Turned out to be a broken spring. He sent Pat out and by 5:45they had my door fixed. Great service and a reasonable price.

The spring on our garage door broke on Saturday July 3. A lot of companies were closed to celebrate the July 4th holiday, but these "guys" made a late afternoon service call to replace the springs. They were friendly and professional and they definitely knew what they were doing. In no time at all the springs, cable, a couple of rollers, and a support bracket were replaced. Despite it being a late afternoon/evening service call on a holiday weekend, the cost was less than I had expected to pay for repairing just one spring. Excellent service and great price. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I called at 5:00pm last night and my garage door is fixed already at 9:30am the very next day!! Who does that?! The price was very reasonable and I now have a Garage Guy! Now, I still need a great appliance guy, a great heating & a/c guy, and my experiences have not been great there...wish the Garage Door Guys did those things too! I will absolutely use these guys when I need to replace the garage door. Great customer service.

This review is late in coming. We did a complete exterior remodel in 2019 (siding, roofing, gutters, windows, door, driveway stoops and garage door). Out of all of the contractors, this was the only one who came in, did the job, and it looked like a professional did it. This was also the only one who did not cause damage to other aspects of the property. And, this was the only one who did not have to return to fix things! We had a new door and a new garage door opener installed. We cannot say enough good things about Garage Door Guys. Thank you!!!!!

Inexpensive, trustworthy, competent, honest. He was also at my house within 15 minutes of my call on Saturday. Did more than fixing my door...replaced some wood that fell off my door and changed bulbs...tested door repeatedly for smooth operation. Locally owned in St Charles... not a rip-off faraway call center. Will use again and highly recommend. He is also a kind and thoughtful man!

I described the issues to Ziad over the phone. He sent Patrick to help us that afternoon. Patrick indicated this happens with some doors. He noted there was no strut spanning the middle of this door (there was one spanning the top of the door). He added a 16' strut to the center which fixed the buckling. He also checked the entire door and tweaked a few things (removed some slack in one of the safety cables, adjusted the close limit switch for the opener, installed a few missing bolts, etc). He said it would take him about 30 minutes to do the work, and that's about what it took. Patrick was polite, answered my questions in plain English, and fixed the problem. Couldn't ask for anything more. Services Rendered: The garage door started binding whenever we closed it. I eventually noticed that the second panel would buckle in it's center while closing. The door is at least 20 years old, but we have had no issues with it.

We have had these guys out several times to fix various things on our garage-door opener and on our old garage door. They always responded very quickly and were eager to do all they could to get us up and running again as soon as possible. So when we wanted a new garage door, we immediately turned to them. We were given a great price, and they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need (such as thicker insulation on the door). They installation went smoothly, and looks perfect. Great experience Services Rendered: Spring and cables broke on garage door at 10 PM trapping our cars in the garage. We had an important meeting in the morning so we got on Angie's list looking for a 24/7 company. We called and left a voicemail and received a call back a few minutes later. I shared what happened and that I had an appointment at 10:00 and were informed they could be there by 8:00 AM which was perfect. Was a little pricey, but I consider this worth given the prompt response and emergency like treatment and that I didn't have to miss work.

I called the Garage Door Guys this morning when we discovered that a spring was broken on our garage door. They gave me a quote over the phone and sent someone out within an hour and fixed it. Upon his arrival, the technician found that we had 2 broken springs and he replaced them both and lubricated the door. It sounds like a new door. He also adjusted (at no charge) the electric eye on the third bay and had it up and running again. I would definitely use the Garage Door Guys again! Services Rendered: Fixed two garage doors

The company was very responsive and arrived within a half hour of calling them. The service man was very courteous and knowledgeable. He told me of my various options and their costs. He even saw that two light bulbs in my garage were out (nothing to do with my garage door) and he replaced them for me. The quality of his work was excellent and at a reasonable cost.
