Google5Marcos was incredible, came by in the evening on a Sunday to keep my garage secure. He repaired the issue and gave many tips on how to notice or prevent the problem in the future. Would call again!

Google5Thank you for your prompt and great service fixing our garage door. i thought we will need a new garage door, however Marcos was honest and said this can be fixed and 40 minute later our garage door was fixed and works again. we will definitely call you the day we truly need a new door.

Google5I had a problem getting Marcus to service my garage door, but it seems that was only because he hasn't been responding to voice mails due to too many spam messages. I'll text him or email if i have a future problem. In the meantime, today he came out and adjusted the door hardware in about ten different places, and the door is now working perfectly, and is also much quieter than before.

Google5This is my second time using Infantino's services. The first time they came out to do a quote and came back to do the project once I had the money. The service was very good. This time, major damage suddenly happened to my garage door and they came same day to fix my door. It's as good as new and took about 2 hours for completion. Both times they hauled away the old door/parts. Great service. I would definitely recommend.

Google5I just had a phenomenal experience with Marcos. First, he fit us in for a door repair on the same day I made the request. I am already thrilled. Second, his approach to the repair was exactly as I would have done it had I made the repair myself (changed out both cables instead of just the broken one). Finally, he had a couple of observations about the way our door was installed and the likely impact it would have in our drive motor but then recommended we just sit tight until one of the two items wore out because it wouldn’t be cost effective! Tell me the last time you experienced an up sell scenario and had THAT happen. Add to all of that a most reasonable price and an all around cordial experience (including wearing a mask!) and I would give way more than five stars if I could. HIGHLY recommend if you have garage door-related needs.

Google5Marco was extremely professional & did an outstanding job repairing my garage door opener. He even noticed & fixed the door hinges at no extra charge. 10/10 highly recommended. Will definitely be using his services in the future.

Google5Seriously great service! Our garage door broke at almost 10pm, found Infantino’s online and Marcos even offered to come out that night. Instead he was there before 7am, fixed the issue and did a few extra things for no additional cost. Showed me how to maintain the garage door as well. Very honest, affordable, great work. Highly recommend!!

Google5Marcos did an exceptional job fixing our garage door. We were worried we’d have to replace the entire door, but instead we only needed to remove the existing spring system, and install torsion springs which was less than third of the cost of replacing the whole door. He was very thorough at explaining everything, which was much appreciated. If you’re wanting a professional who knows what they’re doing, is trustworthy, reliable and punctual, we’d strongly recommend Marcos from Infantino’s Garage Door Service.

He arrived on time, kept a clean work site, was courteous and most importantly did an excellent job on install. He even offered to come the night before if it was an emergency, which it wasn't. He knew exactly what was wrong, fixed that and then fixed a couple other items he noticed was off. Was incredibly accommodating to my work and family schedule. Super friendly and professional at the same time. The price was fair, and the job was quick and easy.
