Google3They were able to come out same day and fix quickly, although I guess I should have called around a bit more or perhaps $405 is new standard for 2 garage coils...according to recent 2023 posts online they range in the $200 - $400 range inclusive of labor costs so I do feel like I was a bit ripped off. Also the repair guy was trying to talk my into a new garage. I know my garage is old and was poorly fixed but I'm not sure who all has cash around for complete tear down and assembly... I won't call them again for work and don't recommend

Google5The builder-installed garage door on my new construction home failed after only 3 years. I messaged O'Connor through their website on a Saturday, and the owner called me later that day and had a technician out first thing Monday. He easily identified all the failures of the original builder (too wide of a panel trying to go around too tight of a turn radius, plus a poorly designed door where the arm attached at the very edge...all guaranteed to eventually fail and break the top panel). I was nervous about the cost of replacing all of this, but O'Connor's prices were great and there was no sales pressure to do anything. I took my time looking at designs from their catalog, going back and forth with the office on different options, and finally found just the right solution and price point to address all of the issues. Their crew showed up right on time and had an entirely new door, track and spring system installed within 2 hours that runs super-smooth...I never realized how poorly installed my original door was until I saw how smoothly the new one is. Highly recommend!

Google5I'm not one to write many reviews but it would be an absolute disservice not too. O'Connor Garage Door absolutely knocked any expectations we had out of the park. The entire process was absolutely seamless. The service was professional and extremely quick. 9 months later, the garage door is working good as new still. They took care of everything from the door, to the rails and they even got my garage door opener to work properly. If you need to redo your garage door please look no further this is THE company to call. The price for new rails and a new door with labor was more than fair. If I knew the quality was going to hold up as well as it did I would have gladly paid double. This is a no BS company that will get the job done right.

Our 90+ year old garage had the original doors. The two master craftsman handled it like it was new construction. We are so happy and owe it all to the O'Connor Garage Door Company. Hands down the BEST in the business. The quality and affordable prices could not be beat. And we had 5 quotes!!! Amazing!

Yelp5My wife backed in my garage door while it was opening and knocked it off the hinges, broke some of the wheels, key pad, and siding. Dan, who installed the garage door, from O'Connor garage came over and proved exceptional service he was able to get it the door back on the track, replace the key pad, and siding. Yelp5Called Jim in the morning and his tech came out literally an hour later. Great service, very reasonably priced! I asked for our old buttons to be replaced (the ones that activate the garage door) and Jim's company put up some really nice ones with separate light switches, an added bonus! Would definitely recommend.

Yelp5I stumbled upon O'Connor Garage door services and I have never been happier and highly recommend them! Aside from their professional work and knowledge seeing as I know nothing about garage doors, my favorite about this company is their timeliness and availability. They don't keep you waiting and always answer their phone calls. This company also keeps up with the modernization of equipment. I can open the garage door with an app on my phone and if I am out of town, it alerts me when the doors are open and how long they have. I definitely recommend O'Connor!
