Google5Called up "On A Roll", and Dale came out in about an hour. Prior to coming out, he tried to help me over the phone to see if it was something minor that I could fix on my own. When Dale arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. Very happy and would highly recommend considering On A Roll if your garage isn't working properly.

Google5Definitely recommend Dale! Last month my garage door did not open as the spring broke. Called Dale at 9am and he said he would come out the same day about 2pm. He actually called and made it out earlier at 1pm. He fixed the spring on my door and lubricated the system - it is now smooth and quiet. He also fixed the other garage door as that was hanging by the last bolt. He fastened a new bracket to that garage door and made sure the ceiling fixture was also tightened. Learned there are no warning signs that a spring is about to break. Will definitely use Dale again!

Google5Dale was very responsive and came to install 2 new Lift Master belt drive units the next day after speaking with him and getting a quote. The work was done professionally and pricing was very good. Left the garage cleaner than when he arrived! Everything is working great with both units!

Google5My garage door spring broke and needed to get it fixed right. Dale responded right away. He is professional and easy to work with. He did not leave until he knew everything was working properly and there would be no issues. You need work done on your garage door you should call Dale.

Yelp5We got home on a holiday Monday to find our garage door would only come up about a foot. We called around and Dale was the only one who picked up and walked us through how to open the door manually with a broken spring because I was worried about getting to work the next day. Dale even came over that same day on a holiday and replaced the springs for us and didn't charge extra for holiday service. I'm so glad we found his business and that he helped us out in a pinch. Yelp5Maintenance done on my garage door today. My warped bottom garage door seal was replaced. Garage door opener and sensor checked. Any other garage door mechanicals also checked, cleaned and lubed. Absolutely can tell the before and after. Dale was very thorough and patient, made sure I understood what was to be done and why. Also very organized and cleaned up after work was done. Absolutely happy with the service "On A Roll" provided. I highly recommend On A Roll for any Garage Door Repair Service.

Yelp5We recently moved into out new home and after about a month our garage door started acting up. It wouldn't close all the way unless you held the button down and sometimes would reverse direction and go the opposite way. Called On a roll at about 10:15 AM and spoke with Dale who promised to come by and take a look. He showed up about 90 minutes later and replaced the sensors, tightened down the tracks and performed some basic maintenance. My garage door works great now. We couldn't be happier with the friendly and professional service. He even threw in another clicker so now my wife and each have one.

After a little research on my end, I realized the tension spring broke and both needed immediate repair. I went in Yelp and requested a quote from On A Roll. Dale messaged me back within minutes of my request. We chatted for 5 minutes. Really a nice and knowledgeable guy. He knew exactly what was wrong and what was needed. Quoted me on the call, showed up in 40 mins, and knocked out the job in 60 mins. No hidden fees or costs. Not to mention he inspected and tweaked a few things on the rest of the door. All on a Saturday morning! Very personable, efficient and reasonably priced. I received other quotes after Dale left and all were within the same range or more. I made the right decision.
