Google5Door spring broke and could not open the garage door. Answered promptly when I called them and gave me options of when a technician would be available. Cole called when he was about 20 minutes away to let me know when he would arrive. He was friendly and after evaluating the situation, gave estimates on a few options for repair and maintenance. Very professional and completed the job in a timely manner

Google5My technician Dan was fantastic! He was so professional and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. He offered different price ranges based off of what was absolutely needed, what should probably be considered due to the age of the door, and if I wanted to replace everything. Because of this I was able to work within my budget. Definitely recommend!!

Google5Scott Petersen was the best I've had in a while! Couldn't remember if I had Precision out before, but based on their reviews I called and they sent someone out that evening to check on a "clicking" in my operator. Scott told me that it was basically worn out, belt was shot, etc. He suggested going to a direct drive unit. He gave me an estimate and we discussed options. I told him to go ahead with it and he said he would handle scheduling and let me know. 2 days later he texts a time and my new operator was installed in less than 2 hours. Scott is a knowledgeable and honest guy who I look forward to working with in the future! A real asset to Precision Door.

Google5The two techs, Dylan and Vadim arrived promptly and performed a fantastic job. They both were so nice to talk with and answered all of our questions. We will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors! The job was perfectly performed with high quality workmanship and materials used to install both of our new garage doors! Google5My garage door opener decided to stop working a few weeks ago. So I’ve been manually opening and closing it myself but now that the weather is getting colder I didn’t want to deal with that hassle. I called Precision just to see if it was a simple fix and they went above and beyond. Conrad was super friendly and tried his best to fix my garage door opener which was at least 10 years old. After realizing it would be best to just install a new one, he was in and out fast. Fixed my issue and at a reasonable price. I will never call on anyone else after today. Thank you so much Conrad.

Google5I spoke with a very helpful young lady during my initial call and 45 minutes later Dan was here to inspect my garage door (which was 28 years old) and explain the options for a new one. A few days later technicians Vadim and Brian had it installed in about two hours. I'm very pleased with every aspect especially the knowledge and professionalism shown by all. Highly recommended!

Google5PDS really surprised me. as a modern-day homeowner, every time i need to call in a contractor im always disappointed by every aspect of the experience. not these guys though. chris actually offered to show up early, and was super helpful and friendly, a rare trait in today's world. there were a couple options with different quotes and i really didnt feel like i was getting ripped off or taken to the cleaners at all. the price was just right and he was done in about an hour. great job Precision door solutions!
