Yelp5Kriz was prompt, cordial, knowledgeable, and really nice guy. I saw numerous recommendations from the Neighborhood app, and called him. Can't say much about the price since I didn't do any comparisons, but I'd imagine he's competitive. My remote number pad wasn't working, and needed help. Kriz was able to come out quickly, and fixed it in no time. He's a cool professional guy. I'd recommend R&R anytime!

I was looking for a new garage door and they came out on time, provided a free estimate, and installed a great garage door today. Couldn't be happier with the work that Kriz did. Will definitely be reaching out again in a few months to get a jacklift garage door opener.

Yelp5Well just when you think customer service is dead I run across a great company that came out to service my broken garage door. Showed up right when they said they would- polite and left no mess. My garage is better than ever and I was so relieved I didn't need a new door. The office staff was remarkable. Definitely feel comfortable sharing their number to friends and family.

Yelp3Spring on door broken on Saturday and found this service company on Yelp near me. Submitted a service call online for Monday 10:00. Received a call on Sunday to confirm appt on Monday. Service Tech came out an hour late and my husband likes to inquires and observe all repairs, Kris (Technician) told him he asks to many questions and to stop bothering him because he needs to concentrate on his work. So husband didn't appreciate Kris's rude attitude on the service call. Local company but not very customer friendly especially when spouse likes to observe and inquires all services repairs, wouldn't you like to be satisfy with the quality of service you are paying for?

Yelp5First it was 4:30pm on New Years Eve.. my garage refuses to close and figured I was in trouble of not being able to get someone out to fix my garage.. A friend recommended R&R Garage Door Repair I called them and they were here in a half hour. So knowledgeable, literarily watched the garage go a little down and saw the problem.. corrected the issue in under 10 minutes. Total lifesavers, friendly, explained everything to me. Found my new garage door repair company. Good people not many would come out that late in the day on a holiday to help me out. Lifelong customer they now have
