Everything went well from start to finish. Stan brought in a plumber/electrician to do the plumbing and electrical wiring. He also brought in a very competent painter to do the ceiling drywall repairs and painting. The repairs to the garage door, toilet, and shower head were all done by Stan. Everything was done to my satisfaction and within a time and cost frame that was acceptable to us. Services Rendered: Added a new fluorescent fixture in the basement. Wired a new floor mounted dual electrical outlet with grounding. Fixed a leaky bathroom toilet replacing the fluid master unit. Brought in a painter to repair a damaged drywall ceiling and repaint it. Replaced a garage door bottom seal. Removed a shower head, de-scaled it and replaced it.
