Yelp2I signed the contract to tear down the old garage and build a new garage in March 2022. They began the project in June 2022. The explaination was that they were having trouble getting permits from the village. When I spoke with someone in the office, they told be that the project had been put on hold. I was never given a reason why it was on hold. When the electricians left my house, the outside lights did not work, there was no power to my hot tub and all the wires were left hanging out of the electrical junction box. I called the Director of Operations and he said they did what was stated in the contract. I said that the contract calls for LeafGuard gutters and regular gutters were installed with a cheap covering on the gutters. He said that Leaf Guard is just a generic term and what they installed was fine. My biggest concern was when I was installing a new light fixture by the service door, I leaned against the garage and a key for the garage door lock popped out from behind the molding by the service door. Nobody ever told me that they were putting a key behind the molding. I can only think of one reason why the key was put there.
