Google5I ordered a new garage door and had it installed in my 1950's ranch house. Mike was the installer and did a great job. He was extremely knowledgeable and from our end went off problem free. We love our garage door and would recommend Chicago Garage Door and especially Mike!

Google5Very impressed with this 18 year garage door engineer I had out to my house. I had one broken spring and 2 bad cables on one door and he noticed some rust and balance issues on the other. He showed and explained all the issues and potential need for repair offered a reasonable price and was done in an hour. He walked me through all the completed work after and explained MyIQ tech to me. Never felt rushed. Happy with the completed job.

Google5Chicago Garage Door gave a very quick reaction time for installing 2 high cycle springs on our double car garage door and at a good price. The repair work was done very quickly and our garage door is working fine. Mike even replace the burned out bulb in our garage opener after he reset everything. We will definitely call them again if we need help with our garage door.

Google5So thankful I found this company as I searched for somebody to check out our garage door when it stopped working recently. They were here the next day to check things out and had our new garage door installed by the following week. Their quick response was wonderful, as I was stuck loading/unloading 3 toddlers into our car outside in sub-zero temps without a garage to use. However, it was the customer service that truly set Chicago Garage Door apart. Each individual I spoke to was so kind, courteous, and professional. This company and their employees truly care about helping you—not just about collecting your money. Home improvement projects are always costly, and we were not necessarily anticipating needing a whole new garage door when ours went out, but it made it so much easier and painless to have this project completed by a company that treated me so kindly, and with so much empathy. From the project manager, who took the time to speak with me, understand our budget, and work to make our new install fit said budget and also our needs, to the employees who actually handled the install. They not only helped me clear out space in my garage the day of, but they spoke to myself and my children kindly and respectfully. We are incredibly happy with our garage door, and it has actually made our whole house warmer thanks to the insulation on the door and the perfect seal we now have all the way around the door! This is hands down the only company to use for garage doors.

Google5Holy cow. Christmas Eve our garage door springs (two) snapped. We called and Noah the project manager said he would squeeze us in before end of day. A couple hours later Ryan the technician showed up. Quick work being careful of our cars. Quality work and we are back in service. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you so much.

Google5I needed to replace the springs on my garage door after one of them snapped. They were the third company I called and first that picked up. I’ll be calling them first from now on. Noah on the phone answering all my questions and setting up my appointment for later that day. Fair quote and Ryan was at my house in a few hours. He was great. Quick and professional. Did the job in under 45 minutes. I would definitely use this company again.
