Google5Austin who came and fixed my dryer, was absolutely amazing. He explained everything as he went on repairing the dryer. He was a very interesting And personable.

Google1Came to fix my dishwasher and it's still not fixed. He needed to use our tools and needed my husbands help the entire time. He drilled a hole through the dishwasher hose, then gave me $20 and had me order a new hose on Amazon, and showed me how to install it myself later. He tried to charge me over $300, but lowered the price to $160 when I mentioned that he didn't even fix my dishwasher.

Google5My service technician went above and beyond to get my dishwasher in tip top shape. He event helped me install a new air gap which was definitely not in his scope of work. What a gentleman! Five stars, no notes!
