After ordering on a Friday with *** the owner, I was told Id get a call back Saturday. I emphasized to *** what products were desired and the time frame in which they had to be delivered, & made it clear if those criterias couldnt be met Id have to go somewhere else, was reassured a manager would call the next morning to finalize the ********* would be delivered Monday morning. No call. Monday I call to check time of delivery no order has been placed. I describe the older gentleman *** who had talked to me and taken my order & how he was struggling to use the computer (*** Verbally said multiple times he was to good with computers.) **** the manager was placed to handle the problem & would rush and get the metal cut and delivered the following day. I confirmed that the size was right via email and he said hed get to to it. The wrong materials were delivered. The resolution was I eat half the cost of the materials and h*** come pick them up. So he makes half on the materials, & gets the materials back that he assures me could never be resold which is bs. I told him wed like to just cancel our order as the homeowners then canceled with us. He then got pretty arrogant and refused any more help claiming his dad tried calling back but got a voicemail (I called *************** was no incoming calls from that number Saturday.) That he tried to email me but he took down the wrong email but attempted to email ********* then told me I needed to re go over the order with him a 3rd time prior to him helping bc he had no idea, even though he knew enough that it was black and 16 ft, which is odd given his confusion about the order. He claimed in the beginning no one had said anything to him and or anyone else and they knew nothing. Im out $9k + almost $4k in materials. And he laughed and said Ill get. Nothing, even though I was still in the 3 day cancellation period by law. Nothing on the invoice indicated there was no returns if I was sent the wrong order or that they 3 day rule didnt apply to them. Approach with caution & dont be the next victim of this scammy behavior . BBB complaint filed. **** Attorney General complaint filed. Rip-off report complaint filed. Ill be filing today when the court opens a civil suit.
