Google5Me and my husband recently had new windows installed by Cincinnati window design, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. The quality of the windows is excellent, and the installation was completed with great attention to detail. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend them if you are in the tri state area.

Google5David and all his crew do excellent work. They were all very friendly, personable helpful and the windows were installed, perfectly. They look great at a reasonable cost. We were referred by another person who was also always pleased with their work . We had David and his crew do another set of windows and a patio door for us with the same excellent result and done quickly this time. Both orders were done with white interiors and dark brown exterior to match the other windows. The first order of windows we had done is holding up perfectly with no problems. I would highly recommend them.

Google5I stumbled upon Cincinnati Window Design after going through some of the big name window companies and hearing their sales pitches for patio doors. I was surprised to learn from my research that a lot of the big name window companies use high pressure sales tactics, and the person selling you the window gets a big commission on whatever they oversell you on. Unlike the big name companies, I was really impressed by the Cincinnati Window Design owner Dave, who was up front and honest with me, and quoted me a very fair price for some nice patio doors. I was so impressed, I even went with a new front door to finish everything off. Just as important as the windows/doors are the installation crew. Cincinnati Window Design has a great group of installers. I had a family-run crew finish in just a few hours with a much better install than you're likely to get with a big company that has subcontractors with quotas to meet. If you're looking for new windows or patio doors, please do your research to make sure you're getting a good deal. Get multiple quotes, and usually I find the local company is best. Cincinnati Window Design is a great example of what a window company should be. Check out the before/after pics to see their great work. (I painted the deck myself, so I'll take credit for that :)

Google5Cannot say enough good things about Cincinnati Window Design! David and his crew were extremely helpful, pleasant to work with, and efficient. I was able to get all 9 of my windows replaced within the price range I was shooting for, the installation date was well within and actually before the time frame we discussed, and the work was completed in one day with zero headaches and no mess to clean up. Very happy with the price, quality, and service! Highly recommend!

Yelp2The windows are nice and really easy to open and close but the customer service and actual installation work was pretty horrible. The work had to be rescheduled multiple times - weather I understand but twice was because they didn't have a ladder (originally said they wouldn't need) that would reach. Then when it came to the final window, which had been sitting in my condo for two weeks, turns out it was the wrong size. So it had to be reordered which took several more weeks. The worst part though is the caulking all around the windows is lumpy and uneven and just doesn't look nice to look at (pictures attached). They also forgot to install two hole caps (which they say don't matter) and despite numerous emails over the past month have failed to drop them off. TLDR: Windows are nice, but wouldn't recommend because customer service was so poor.

Yelp1Made online inquiry and subsequently received an email asking for window measurements, which I sent. They never responded. Nothing. Nada. If they couldn't quote the job, they could've at least responded with the reason. Very unprofessional.

Yelp5I went through a couple of companies looking for a local window replacement company. Spent 3 hrs total having presentations in my home. David was the last guy I had arranged to talk with about his windows. I had explained to David what I wanted and he kept the presentation short and sweet since I've been through this many times. He answered all my questions. He measured my windows and gave the quote. He didn't bully me into buying anything. I had one company bully me into buying way over priced windows. I was able to cancel after I jumped through hurdles. David was no nonsense. He also offers a financing company if needed. Once the windows came in we found that I made a mistake but David said No problem. I'll take care of it! He was very easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. The prices are very responsible!

He kept us up to speed throughout the entire process. The doors where delivered sooner than expected, and the installation crew did a fast, thorough job. The price was competitive and very fair. I would use this company again.
