    I was looking for an unusual, hard to find battery. A gentleman named Scotty approached me and insisted we talk to Tom in Lighting who is a wiz at all things related to light fixtures. The store did not carry this particular battery but between the two of them, they helped me find on the computer what I was in search of. Exceptional customer service from two very professional and nice guys.

    @HomeDepot This store needs serious improvement in customer service. I asked for assistance three times and was ignored while employees sat at the desk. An item showed in stock, yet no one even checked. As a Pro member, this level of service is unacceptable. Management should address staff engagement and accountability immediately.

    There was one person in line in front of me at the pro desk when it became my turn the person grabbed her coat turn the light off and said she had to take her break leaving me by myself and then I was ignored and rudely responded to when I asked two times for another employee if they can get someone to help me out mind you my company has spent over $35,000 at Home Depot this year. Used to be good customer service maybe I should just stick to Lowe's

    Home Depot on Ridge Ave have everything I was looking for on a Saturday morning. Than Thank You 😊 The prices was great. Nice atmosphere in the store every staff was helpful. Very clean store. Enjoy my trip to.

    I visited here 2 days in a row for a few things and each visit I was shocked at how proactively helpful the employees were. Perhaps that should be normal, but I often find in other hardware stores (even other HD locations) that it's a chore even to find an employee to ask a question. I appreciated how friendly everybody was, kudos to you all.
