I had a great experience with Pro Door. They came the same day I called, even though it wasn't an emergency (I was able to close the garage door manually). The owner himself, Jim, arrived. He fixed the door; he inspected, updated and improved the mechanisms on both garage doors, and he charged a reasonable price. And he's a nice guy to boot. What more could you ask?
