I needed another remote because my ex lost one, so, being lazy, I decided to call these guys who did the door originally. They quoted me $42 for a new remote, which is high, but okay. The guy, very nice, came and reprogrammed the one I had and the new one, sprayed some oil on the wheels and zip tied up a dangling line that had been like that since they installed it. It took maybe 20 minutes in total and cost me $181.64! That's what I get for being lazy. A 12 year old probably could've done it with an Amazon remote for $15 Update. The owner called and said they'd made a mistake, the bill was $150. I appreciate the call and the honesty, but I still should've done it myself and it'd have been half that in time and material

They quoted me between $140 & $200 over the phone when we discussed what I needed done. The $200 was in case it was more difficult than expected. I was unable to be home during the service, but my wife was there. They did exactly what was quoted and charged me $266. They were there for less than 20 min and charged $139 for a service call and labor. They had no intention of ever doing the job for $140 considering that's how much they charge before touching anything. Maybe it was because they were dealing with a female and thought they could get a little more money out of her. For $600 I could've had 2 brand new openers installed instead of just having 1 repaired. I wish I would've just done that. Try to offer a more accurate quote on future jobs.

Excellent Professional service--- Called first thing in the morning. My car stuck in the garage due to main spring broke. Ron showed up within 2 hrs earlier than expected which was great for me as I couldn't go anywhere with my car stuck inside the garage. Ron had the spring replaced and door working under an hour. Would highly recommend!!!

We have had River City Door install both commercial and residential doors for us personally and at our business. They have also done repairs to existing doors. All was done on an extremely timely manner and at an affordable fee. We have been nothing but satisfied with the service and quality of their work. I would give them a 10 star rating if it were possible. Highly recommend!

I live in Northern KY and just had a great experience. Ron came out and adjusted 4 doors. It took him under an hour and he charged me less than he quoted me on the phone. He was friendly and on time. I picked this business based on other reviews and was happy I did. Would recommend River City Door to anyone that need Garage Door repair or service.

We love our new garage door! The installation and final look is unbelievable! He was prompt, treated our property (and dog) as if they were his own. Very clean, thorough and extremely nice. We originally shopped at Lowes but received a better grade garage door, better warranty and personal installation (from the owner not a sub contractor of a large company) for a better price. Never said a bad word about a competitor. We would recommend River City Door to EVERYONE!! Thank you, Marc & Susie Gillespie

Ron arrived as scheduled for the estimate for garage doors. He inquired about my door needs, expectations, and budget, before recommending the correct doors. He had to order the doors which was fine because I wasn't quite ready for them anyway, and he kept in touch regarding my readiness. The timing was perfect and I was ready for them when the doors arrived. River City arrived when scheduled and did a beautiful job on my doors and openers. Ron took the time to explain how everything worked. They cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with River City and my doors! *Side note-As a single older woman that knows little about doors and openers, but am not stupid, I appreciated that I was treated with respect and was not spoken to as if I were stupid. Big shout out to Ron and his crew from River City Door. He showed up to my dads house last week to give him a quote and arrived on the date that he said he would and on time. He and his team were back out today to install 2 new garage doors and 2 new garage door openers and we couldn't be any more pleased with the job they did. The new doors look great, work perfectly, and the openers are working flawlessly. I'd highly recommend Ron and his team at River City Door.

I have a two car garage door, when i close it, both springs above the door snap close. I had two cars inside and no way to open it. I called River City Door (513) 662-3667 ,they were on time the next morning. I ask about replacing my door opener since both the springs & opener were 20 yr's old . They did an excellent job and i would highly use them for any future door need's. Services Rendered: Replaced broken springs, installed a new liftmaster door opener.
