Just moved into a new condo. Garage door closes and automatically opens. Have called builder's office and have had Bradford stop by to "fix" the problem. The fix lasted for a few days. Now the same problem. Garage door reaches near closing, then automatically opens up. This is not only a headache for property owner but a security issue that should require an immediate emergency response.
