Google5American Platinum Door & Gate installed (3) 10 X 10 commercial garage doors on our barn addition and did exactly what we asked of them along with doing a fantastic job. They were easy and pleasant to work with. Never had any trouble getting ahold of them during any part of the process. We would highly recommend them.

Google5Great experience with Anthony and his team! Needed an emergency fix and they were able to quickly accommodate. Repair person was friendly and informative. He fixed the issue quickly and pointed out some other concerns but wasn't pushy at all....i highly recommend!!

Google5The technician was fast and came on time, very quickly fixed the springs of the garage door rod. While I am bummed this happened he fixed it in time and made it seamless in our lives. Good service

Google5I was very satisfied with the immediate service I received for the repair of my garage door! The office staff was very cordial and was able to send a technician to my home within an hour of my first call to them! Also, when the technician arrived (Hunter), had the job done within a half hour, not to mention how happy I was to know that the fees were very affordable for me, especially being a senior citizen on a fixed income! I strongly recommend American Platinum Door & Gate for anyone who would need their service. 5 stars!

Google5Fantastic job at great price! I would recommend American Platinum to anyone! My installer, Hunter, was DA BOMB! Courteous, answered all my questions, and it was obvious he took great pride in his work. Ken was also super to work with in getting my quote, and he even stopped by to make sure the installation went well. Great team all around!!!

Google5AP Door Gate offered OUTSTANDING service!! I currently reside in Florida and I'd initially paid for installation services via Lowe's for a garage door opener I purchased for my mom. The existing one had malfunctioned; as a result, my 72-year young mom had been attempting to manually open and close the garage door which was unacceptable. Suffice it to say, it was critical that a new one be purchased and installed immediately! Lowe's installation services were ABSOLUTELY deplorable!! 2 weeks went by after my purchase and my installation appointment kept getting rescheduled (5x in total) with no sort of explanation or resolve. AP Door Gate reached out almost immediately when I went through Angie's List (independently from Lowe's) was there within 48-hours. Bobby, Hunter and Kelly were amazing and so kind! And my mom is very satisfied! Highly recommend them!

Google4I was very pleased with the installation experience of my new American Platinum garage door. The team that installed the door were thorough, efficient and polite. I requested that a technician be dispatched to address a concern I had after the initial installation and American Platinum responded immediately and accommodated my schedule. Again, the technician was timely, efficient and thorough. And, he put my mind at ease regarding the issue. I would recommend American Platinum and would contract with them again. I do have one suggestion - communicate with customers during the ordering and shipping of the product if and when there are delays. 4 Stars for a job well done.

Google5Very happy with my experience. Bob was very accommodating and patient while I made my decision. Doors came quick and they were very flexible with scheduling. The installer was great, and my new doors look a lot more expensive than they were. I would highly recommend American Platinum Door.
