Google5I had called another highly rated company that came out yesterday and they tried to charge me an arm and a leg to reuse the same parts for the repair on my weather seal. I called another local and highly rated company, Danny’s garage door, and they came out same day within a few hours and charged 25% less for a new seal. Very prompt and professional. I will be calling them again in the future whenever I need anything!

Jacob and the team were on time, knowledgeable, and very honest about what was needed. They explained everything clearly, did excellent work, and made sure the door was working perfectly before leaving. They care about quality and customer satisfaction. Google5Attentive, quick and committed to good service. Motors were installed the day after we signed up, a discount was offered after that, as we realized that the old 1952 wooden doors were not going to work. Ordered 3 new insulated custom doors. When they were ready for delivery and installation, Danny's teams were busy, so to get us taken care of before the holidays, they hired another local company who did a top notch installation job. Follow up from Danny's was excellent. A fine experience, with quality workmanship and a welcome commitment to our being satisfied. Trust these guys!

Google5Danny’s Garage delivered outstanding service from start to finish. When my garage door was damaged, I was extremely frustrated, and the entire team was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. They showed up promptly despite very cold weather and handled the repair efficiently. Everyone involved was knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and everything was explained clearly upfront. The care and goodwill they showed truly stood out. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I would use Danny’s Garage again for any future garage door needs and would confidently recommend them to everyone I know.

Google5Excellent service. We were in need of a company that would help us ahead of a snow storm (car trapped in the garage). They fit us in and went above and beyond to help us out. Spring was broken and we got an excellent price. Highly recommended!

Yelp1Run away! To start, Ive renovated many homes and know homes as well as contractor meetings and these guys were appalling Im lost for words. Danny send his young helper out and we talked a bunch and he was kind but I quickly realized he has no clue what he's talking about at all. I called them because Im doing a house and need the garage door resealed on the bottom and the other 3 sides with vinyl flap. He quoted me $800 just to do the bottom seal... then he called Danny and told him I dont like the price so he offered $500 still to do just the bottom seal. I knew this was a scam so I asked him to beat it and then he pulled a card and asked for me to leave him a 5 star review on Google. He proceeded to akwardly stand next to me and watch my phone to watch me make the review. I put my phone in my pocket and cut it off. Danny's kid was friendly but was calling Danny every 5 minutes asking questions. Danny seems to be running some sort of scam and taking advantage of people, this would he a nice case. I eventually called another door shop from Steetsboro, he did the seal on ALL FOUR sides and greased me other 2 doors for only $250! The second company also came with a fully stocked truck, Danny's kid did not. Be ware people I am sure youll be seeing Danny's name in the newspaper some day

Yelp1My garage door was stuck closed, and I needed to be at an important meeting. The repairman came the next day and told me that he needed to install new cables. A friendly mechanic, but he immediately tried to up-sell me to a new door spring for $264.00, even though there was nothing wrong with the one I had. I declined and told him to just get the door open ASAP. The new cables and labor came to $412.00! I paid the amount, and he left. I backed out of the garage and my remote control in my car did not work. I phoned the 800-contact number, and they told me that they would contact the repairman. He came and told me that my door detectors were malfunctioning, and he would replace them for $189.00. I told him HE broke them because they were working before he worked on the door. He said he never touched the electrical and refused to consider and adjustment to the bill. I told him I will take care of it. I bought the detectors on Amazon for $25.00 and installed them myself. As I was installing them, I noticed that the garage door rail where he had worked was still unbolted and the wires that operated the detectors were severed. As a professional, he should have double-checked his work including the car remote. I called and complained today, and Danny called me back. He was aggressive in his questioning and defensive. He said he would compensate me $100.00. I will be checking my credit card for a credit.

Yelp1BUYER BEWARE! The owner has his business located at several different locations on google, with several different names. They didn't fix our garage door, took our money and ran. The owner will hang up on you and won't return your call. Find someone else!

Yelp1Spoofed address saying he was located in my town during Google search, which he is not. Repair man was kind, communicative, and efficient. Explained the problem and fixed it. 2 days later, the cord was off again. When I called Danny, the owner, he tried to tell me the issue was a different issue then we were originally told. When I tried to explain the situation he hung up on me when I told him the cord was hanging off my garage door. Do NOT call this business if you expect the job to be done correctly AND be treated with respect.

Yelp1First thing he said i needed a new door. Pretended to oil but never saw where, fiddled with opener, said coils were bad after i stood on a chair to look. Paid on app, then wanted 5 stars and a tip.
