    Frank was very good at locating the source of my problem. He took time to show me the damaged electrical part. Sadly, the part I need is no longer available. I am going to miss my GE Spacemaker II, but it served me well for 28 years!

    George continues to be an expert and a blessing for the annual service on my Snow Thrower. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in his work, and I am always confident when the snow flies, the Snow Thrower will be ready to go. I would highly recommend George and Sears Home Services.     He was very professional on time and knowledgeable ! The cost to repair was insane! With that said, the fee to pay for coming out was a waste but the technician was great! Wish he worked independently- we need more small businesses with technicians!

    Tech said he could not unlock door saying it as to hard and he would have cut his hand that the edge was to sharp. Further stated he had No training on this type machine. Left without opening washer door. Next day (9/27/2025) I removed the top of the washer, saw the door latch release at the top right hand side. Stuck my hand in and released the latch - door opened. Very disappointing that this tech couldn’t open the washer door. This tech and Tia company were a complete waste of money. Would NEVER use them or this tech again

    Our technician was so courteous and friendly! He did a thorough check on our dryer to find the cause of our problem. He even vacuumed the lint from inside the housing of the dryer before replacing all the mechanics of the machine. I couldn’t be more impressed or pleased with the service we received!

    The repairman, David, came and serviced my washer and dryer. He was extremely professional, diagnosed the trouble with my machine, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He explained the entire process, and answered all the questions I had. I have an older machine, and he did not hesitate to fix it. I would highly recommend calling Sears for service to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

    Absolutely terrible. A tech came out ordered parts. Then they canceled the next appointment and didn't show up until 1pm the next day (even though I was scheduled 7-11am). Turns out They orders the wrong part. I still had to pay for the service call and on top of that I had to pay a helper fee (a fee to have another guy show up for 10mins and confirm they could do nothing). Will NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
