Google5It seems I bother these poor guys every 4-5 years with a problem I can't solve be they chimney or gas logs, from which I wisely retired from DIY waste of time, money = bruises. EVERY time they answer, respond PRONTO and fix, then collect a reasonable fee. Am blessed by these angels.

Google5Gary was very helpful and came out after work to help us figure out what we needed to fix our fireplace. The installer, Ryan, went above and beyond- The set up was clean, he made a few aesthetic detail adjustments for us and our kids loved him. Highly recommend!

Google5So very pleased with the service I received from this company. I called needing service on my gas fireplace and Gary gave me a couple of helpful things to check in the meantime. Even though it was so close to the holidays, they showed up the next day and now, I have a cozy warm fireplace working for Christmas. 5 Stars!

Google1Went to Chick-fil-A on villa maria was in the inner lane waiting on my order and FaceTiming my mil. One of the workers for this company was in the outer lane smoking a cigarette and waiting on his food. They told me to move up to the one. I checked made sure I was clear started pulling forward. This worker starts yelling and cursing me telling me to get off the phone and that he couldn’t exit. Hope they aren’t like this on the job that is very unprofessional.

Google1Service was slow and the workers were rude. I wanted a quote and it took about 2 weeks to get a simple quote. After another week of waiting the workers showed up with no notice ahead of time. They were supposed to call and give me a timeline so I could plan, but they just showed up. I was not at the location. My business is run out of my home. So, I had to work in proximity to the door people. They required me to wear a mask in my own home. I refused and they persisted to tell me that they would not do the job if I didn’t wear a mask. So, I refused them and sent them back. The owner’s policy is ridiculous and he has no right to dictate what I do I my place of business.

Google5Just had Enrickez out to set my limits, travel, remotes, and vehicle remote. The guy knows his stuff, and no messing around. Gave me the basic service call items of lubrication, inspection without asking or hesitation. Lightening fast, and cordial. Excellent service beyond expectation. AAA is my "go to" for all future needs. Highest recommendation.

Google5They have installed and maintained our door for many years. This last time we had a stripped component and they upgraded it and replaced it for free. In the past they would replace springs and guides and the cost was reasonable and the guys always professional. I would trust them when any future garage door work.

Yelp1Called 2/26 for garage door install estimate. Sent someone out the next day, nice guy--seemed knowledgeable. Said the tracks for old door look solid, could save us money by keeping/using for new door. I said " sounds good" he said he'd get the estimate to me and get us on the schedule. 2 weeks later have never heard from them. Called and got a long excuse for delay (no apology). When I mentioned tracks was told they come with the kit and not taking them would only save $25. I'm like "really?" There are several garage door companies in town, all with comparable products/pricing. Take a tip from a small business owner--when you screw up the correct response is: "I am so sorry we dropped the ball on this, Mr. XXXX, be assured we are going to go the extra mile to make up for it. Let's talk about how we can keep your business." Nobody likes excuses
