Folks, let me tell you. I've had good service from a lot of companies in my time but Cynthia and Terry from Aggiland Overhead Doors tops them all. I had a minor issue with the remote for our gas fireplace and called Cynthia. She guided me through a possible fix but it didn't work. She sent Terry to our house immediately and he replaced both the remote and the receiver within a few minutes. Both he and Cynthia wrote the book on customer service and satisfaction. As far as I'm concerned they went above and beyond to make sure their products met with our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.

They no showed me on a scheduled appointment to come service the fireplace. I scheduled this appointment 1 month ago and was told I would get a call the day before or the morning of to coordinate a shorter time window and received no call. When I tried to call, the call went to an unset up voicemail and then nobody showed up. Very unprofessional and unhelpful for the winter weather that is coming.
