Yelp5Today we worked with Jerry, owner at American Overhead Doors. He is a gem. He is personable and easy to work with. He is very professional and very experienced. He is just a great guy! We had him add some windows to the top panels of our garage door that gives it an elegant look. AOD, Co prices are reasonable. Jill is equally as professional. Yelp5Great staff, price was very fair. On time. It's nice that the same company that installed the original door 20 years ago is still in business. It gives you confidence that they know what they are doing and, in this small town, you don't last long if you are shafting people.

Yelp5I called American Overhead Door to have them repair our automatic garage door. They came out the very next day and fixed it right up. The guy was super friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me and they were reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Yelp5I called American Overhead Door Co. this morning, and I explained that one of the bottom rollers had somehow come out of its guide. (a couple of months ago the door caught a heavy item on its way up that had fallen against the door). I have a twenty year old home. When I saw the red bolts on the mount. I knew that I shouldn't try to fix it myself. Heavy springs are attached to this mount. Within hours, Jerry was at my house to inspect the problem. He stated that they were likely the company that installed my door when the home was built. Jerry put the roller back in its guide. As I watched him work, I was glad that I didn't attempt the fix myself. Easy if you know what you are doing, but dangerous if you don't. He lubricated the the hinges and rollers, and added some tension to the spring to take some stress off of the door opener. All of this was done for a very reasonable price. I am a tradesman myself, and I greatly appreciated a professional working on my home. Thank you Jerry.
