Lee has been an absolutely unacceptable contractor to work with. I hired him based on recommendations from my realtor and my sister, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, he was nearly impossible to reach, calls and texts often went unanswered for days. My balcony concrete was torn off and left completely exposed for three weeks, directly above my garage, before Lee finally did anything serious about it. This negligence caused water damage inside my garage. After dragging this project out for three months, the concrete was finally poured, but it was done completely wrong. The surface is flat, has a divot where water collects, and worst of all, it was poured two inches higher than it should have been, which has now caused a new leak from my sliding glass door. When Lee came to inspect the work, he brushed it off and told me it was “fine” and that he would caulk the sliding glass door, which he did not. I then had my painter, who was scheduled to replace rotted siding caused by a previous concrete issue, look at the job. He confirmed that the way the concrete was poured will lead to the same water damage problems all over again. He even refused to continue with the siding until the concrete is properly redone. This entire ordeal has been disheartening, infuriating, and damaging. I’ve been strung along for months, taken advantage of as a single mom, and left with poor-quality work that will only create more costly repairs. I have demanded that Lee fix this immediately. If he does not, I will be filing a formal complaint with DORA. I will update this review once I receive a response or resolution.

Took too long to do my exterior and roofing. An absolute nightmare to get these people to finish my house for siding project. Also alluded I was commiting insurance fraud when I was doing some repairs myself. Spoke with a troublesome neighbor to hatch a plan out for fence (to gain more business on their end). I expressly stated I did not want to fix the fence line prior to sale due to neighbor being unreasonable.
