Crystal Peak Design has managed many road construction projects over the years, most of them on busy, heavily traveled roadways. Typically, we receive a steady stream of calls and emails from the public expressing frustration about delays or traffic impacts. However, the R1 Expansive Device project we recently completed with Native Sun was a remarkable exception. This project affected three major roadways, so we fully expected to hear from the traveling public, but we didn’t receive a single complaint throughout the entire duration of the work. That speaks volumes about Native Sun’s professionalism and commitment to safety. Their careful preparation, advanced warning signage, and on-site safety measures made a noticeable difference in how smoothly traffic moved through the work zone. While our team handled the public outreach, the positive experience drivers had on the road was clearly the result of Native Sun’s diligence and attention to detail.
