My garage door fell off my tracks about a week ago. And badly twisted my tracks. I took the door off the tracks the rest of the way and moved it off to the side before someone got hurt plus I had to work shortly. The tech who came out. Was extremely rude. Called me an idiot for removing my door off the tracks. And basically told me I should've called the emergency line. And spent twice the normal amount. He quoted my everything he wanted to do extremely high. I asked him to write me up an estimate of everything that I needed done and email it to me. And I never got the email. And ive never heard from them since that day. I will never ever go there again. Services Rendered: Garage door fell off tracks

I called to request an appointment. The person answering the phone acted like i was i interfering with something much more important than my call. Answered with a "hello" such that I had to ask if this was Overhead door, no enthusiasm, and I could envision un-audible sighs on the other end of the line. I told her as much and that we would be going with another company. I guess that was OK since she didn't call me back. Services Rendered: New Garage Doors

We keep marveling at this one, we want to replace the other one. Even though it doesn't need replacing. I have them service my garage door once a year. You know its going to be expensive. The garage door came to be $700 dollars. We have an very heavy door. We have an motor coach, and we are going to have them put it in next year. Its an eighteen foot door. Its nice to have a quite one. This one is manual. I thought it would be in the thousands, but he said same price. We will be doing it next year. I have been using them for fifteen years.
