Google5Dulle Overhead Garage Doors provided excellent service from start to finish. They showed up exactly when they said they would, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced a broken spring with professionalism and efficiency. The new door also works flawlessly, and everything feels solid and secure. I had considered attempting the repair myself, but my wife was fairly certain I wouldn’t survive the experience — and after watching them handle it, I’m glad I left it to the professionals. Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Dulle Overhead Garage Doors.

Google5It’s not everyday you back up and your garage door has not gone all the way up. Needless to say I needed help very fast! Thankfully Dulle came right out and took care of me. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and stress free! Highly recommend them.

Google1I can't recommend the Jefferson City location. I explained what I was wanting and they said they would call me and come out and look with me. They never gave a date or time. They never did call me. I called a couple times and eventually had to call the Ozark location which they were extremely helpful and got the Jefferson City location to return my call. They said they came down and looked at the job earlier in the week which I was not happy to hear because that means they potentially didn't work with me to look at the location or job. I was home this entire time so all they had to do was call me or knock on the front door. I explained to them that I was not happy to hear that they just drove to the site and didn't work with me to review it. When I had called them initially and explained what I wanted they said they could do the work. On this new call they said part of the work they couldn't do and haven't been doing for some time. It was pointless to continue working with them since the work was the first part of the job. I would encourage not to waste your time calling the Jefferson city location since they don't follow up or like to work directly with the customer.

Yelp2Customer service and people have been great but...I don't understand why a brand new garage door opener only 15 months old, not used on a daily basis, maybe once or twice a week now having problems? Of course just past warranty. They were prompt to come out but it is still not working, husband was told may need parts to fix? Wait what?! So are we going to have to pay for service and parts every year in order for this thing to work? Something doesn't seem right here!

I can say with confidence that Allied is the company to choose. Cody told me when he gave me the quote that there is no competition. I will say he is correct.

Yelp5I needed garage door springs replaced and a new opener with keypad installed. I received a very fair quote and accepted. The job was completed less than 24 hours later. The technician was very professional. The garage door opener they installed has a great light that lightens up the whole garage. This company was very easy to worth with and reasonably priced.

Yelp5I emailed Allied Door because I was having a sensor problem. Mike emailed me back almost immediately and told me to call him because the issue might not warrant a house visit. When I got home that evening I called and Mike was available and took the time to go over my issues and walk me through what was going on. He "dumbed it down" for me to understand and when I wasn't quite getting it he suggested I search for a You Tube video to understand what he was exactly talking about. All of his suggestions were perfect and I was able to correct the issue without them coming out. It is nice to know that there are still decent reputable people in this world. I will definitely be calling Allied when I need my garage door serviced in the future. Thanks again Mike!!! You really made my day!!!

Yelp1One star in order to leave feedback (can't do 0) called @ 9:00am gave me a 1-4pm window, service was ok, door tech was ok. However, it was ultra expensive I mean Sunday at midnight, emergency got you over a barrel expensive, it was the weather strip at bottom of door, that's it, didn't so much as check rollers or anything else, in and out in 20min. $210.00. Do me once shame on you....never again, with this highway robbery!

Yelp5I called Allied door on a Friday morning in a panic after my garage door was smashed into by a delivery driver the night before which left me with one vehicle trapped inside the garage and the door severely damaged. I spoke with Joe at Allied and within a few hours they had a crew out to remove the door panels, get the car out and then they straightened out the panels and replaced them in such a way that my garage is secured until we can get a new door installed. With the sub zero temps and snowfall we are experiencing I couldn't be more pleased not only with the workmanship but with the customer service as well. Top Notch!!!!

Yelp5I can tell you Allied Door has the best service and price in town. I got 4 quotes and they came to be the best price. Service was excellent, their technician came on time and completed the job the same day. A month later, I had some issues with the sensor not opening the door. Called Allied Garage Doors and they came right away. Good job. I will recommend them to anyone shopping for a new door or need fixing.

Angi1On Wednesday I contacted Joe at Allied Garage and requested a replacement for an Overhead, Banner, model 359, long panel, almond, R-Value 9.83, 12 R, size 16 x 6'9". Joe advised that the replacement was the Clopay 4053, it was in stock, and he was trying to find someone to install it the same day. I had not heard from Allied and called them back at 5:10PM and asked Joe when someone would be out Thursday to perform the installation. I was told that Bob would be out on Thursday between 12PM-2PM. Bob arrived at 2:25PM, complained that Allied wanted him to install this door on Wednesday and he told them no "he had a life". The slide lock and handle were not installed and another person came out on Friday to finish the install. I realized something else was not right when the temperature in the garage was a lot warmer than normal. I was surprised to learn from Clopay that the replacement for model OHD 359 R-Value 9.83 was NOT the 4053. It should be the model 4310. Now I have an $1129.00 door which does not meet my required specifications. Services Rendered: Replacement for OHD Banner Model 359

Angi5Very professional staff in office to schedule appointment and received followup call from office when technician was 20min away. Friendly and knowledgable technician. The service visit base price seemed a bit high, but This is the first time I have needed garage door service so I don’t have a good baseline to compare against. Will be using Allied again when I need further service, given the prompt and friendly service! Services Rendered: Add strut to garage door for support, program remote door opener, check opener and sensors, oil system.

Angi2The technician who came out to do the repair work was prompt, considerate and professional. He did the best he could to repair our damaged garage door, but was only able to replace the hardware because the bent panel was not fixable. Then we discussed options for replacing the bent panel, but concluded it would be a more viable option to go ahead and replace the whole door. Since we have two garage doors, it meant replacing both doors. The price he quoted me sounded reasonable for the type of doors being recommended, so I decided to go with them. He recommended that I call the office and ask for Joe T. to get more details and have someone come out to do official measurements. This is when the problems happened. I called and spoke to Joe T. He contradicted what the technician had told me about official measurements being taken, and told me I could place an order right away. The doors were standard sizes, and it turned out they were in stock. The day they were supposed to come out to install the doors, I got a call from Joe saying the truck had broken down and he didn't know when they'd be able to come that day, if at all. I mentioned that I had other engagements that afternoon and could they just come the next morning. He agreed to it. Day 2: complete no-show, no phone calls. So I called them about an hour after the scheduled appointment time, and spoke to Joe again. I decided to cancel the order completely. A few minutes later, I got a call from the manager. Too bad they couldn't be more reliable and courteous in the beginning. What bothered me most was the nonchalant attitude (tone of voice) that Joe seemed to have throughout the whole thing. Guess they didn't want my business bad enough. I'll never go with them again. Services Rendered: Needed immediate repair work on a damaged garage door until I could completely replace both of my garage doors.

Angi5It went very well. We were told that Allied would call us when the service technician was on his way. We were called and Brian, the serviceman, showed up earlier than anticipated. Brian diagnosed the problem quickly. It was not only the cable that needed replacing but both springs that allow the door to go up and down. He repaired the door in about an hour. Since this was billed as an emergency service the cost was more expensive than a normal service call. Brian helped us out by providing some coupons that helped lower the cost. Services Rendered: My wife went to the garage about 5:30 PM ( Saturday) The garage door only opened partially. She saw that a cable had broken. We called Allied because they offer 24 hour emergency service. They also have been in business for a long time and their reviews on Angie's List have been A's.
