    The Stone Interior team was professional and informative throughout my granite installation. Harley, the Customer Svc Rep, kept me informed on scheduling, costs, and expectations. Michael and Mark were the install technicians and they answered all my questions and walked me through the finished product. They arrived ahead of schedule and completed the project earlier than I anticipated. At the last minute, I added a backsplash and the process was quick, thorough, and I love the results. The seams are precise and nearly invisible; the overhang is consistent around the counters; and the granite is flush around the walls making my older kitchen look new again. I’m excited to finish the project. I will use Stone Interiors again and I highly recommend them to anyone who values effective communication, punctuality, and staying on schedule and within a set budget. (Will add additional photos as I complete the kitchen project.)

    Stone Interior truly exceeded my expectations. Their craftsmanship is exceptional — the seams on my granite countertop are virtually invisible, and the precision around my under-mount sink actually makes it a focal point in the kitchen. I had over 80 feet of granite installed and the process was efficient and professional from start to finish. The installation tech was extremely courteous and professional, and their pricing was very reasonable for the level of quality and attention to detail. There was a small installation issue that came up, but it was addressed quickly and resolved completely to my satisfaction. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the quality, value, and service. I would absolutely recommend Stone Interior to anyone looking for beautiful stone work at a fair price.

    Excellent customer service and we are delighted with the finished kitchen countertops. Very responsive to questions and installation was completed on time. The installers made sure we were happy and were very thorough at cleaning up.

    Working with Stone Interiors was a refreshing breath of fresh air! Hope was great about communicating every step of the way and we were kept apprised of each step. The installation team was professional and courteous, and made suggestions that were helpful. The product fit perfectly and looks wonderful! Our only suggestion is that when installing a black product, the installation team should have black caulk with them.

    No communication……WHAT SO EVER. I have had to be the person to call for updates, call for explanations, call to get a response for an email etc. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been told multiple times that they will call me. After several disappointing interactions they have still yet to call. I called and asked for a manager at 9am to be told they come in at 10am and they will let them know to give me a call. It’s currently 4:40pm and no call, no voice mail or email. This is a 3k job that has left me without a kitchen for about 2 months now. I have a 9 month old and thought this would be a much easier experience and situation that has just turned into me calling every other day for updates or SOMETHING. When they messed up my initial measurement appointment they complained about having someone out here if it’s not worth their time so IF they can get out there by the date I said was okay (I told them I had Tuesdays off to begin with) then they would let me know and I should of known from that experience yall aren’t worth the money. If you cannot handle jobs in Charleston then why are you working with our Lowe’s in Charleston?!? If you didn’t want the sale, then say so! Otherwise, train your staff to respond to emails, call etc and do their JOB!!! COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!! Edit: Counter tops have been installed. After speaking with Destiny when she called to get me scheduled(who seems to be the only person that knows how to do her job) I FINALLY got in contact with a manager. She was also helpful and validated my concerns. For there to be one scheduling girl (Destiny) and her do exactly what she said she was going to do yet, none of the other girls after the multiple times I called and requested information/manager etc to do nothing and be condescending to me is wild. However, She is absolutely amazing and definitely made up for the poor experience. I won’t say that I’ll use them again but I do hope that they take this review to heart and manage communication skills a bit better. Plus, when someone asks do you understand what I mean? And you say yes. Don’t call back and tell me that I’m wrong and make me force you to let me send a picture. When I literally offered and you denied. I understand that everyone would prefer if I spend $400 on brackets. But that is extremely expensive verses the wall that cost me about $50 to build. Next time I suggest asking for a picture before you make assumptions and tell me I need to sign a waiver. I understand in other circumstances where that would be necessary but don’t assume first. The installation guy was amazing and so was the measurements guy. They did things so efficiently and quickly. I was very impressed.

    Stone Interiors installed my quartz countertops and backsplash in the home we are having built and they look beautiful! The install crew was on time, professional, and very careful with throughout the whole process, even cleaning and polishing before they left. Highly recommend!

    From start to finish Harley of Stone Interiors insured the process moved according to scheduled and kept us up to date on each step. When the Slabs arrived she called and set appointment for us to view and approve. Everyone were always on time. The Installers arrived with counters. Once installation was complete they cleaned up after themselves, inside and out and departed. All paperwork such as contracts and warranty’s were handled over the phone. Absolutely a well organized professional organization.

    We had 2 projects, 1 to update our guest bathroom countertop and our master bathroom was a complete gut job that took 3 months and Stone Interiors installed both of them. Initially, the guest countertop had a high polish with lots of scratches below the polish, but they made good and replaced it. It came out much better and the stone itself has a better appearance than the previous one they installed. Our master bathroom countertop is amazing and we absolutely love the way it looks.
