The same-day service was greatly appreciated, and Josh was wonderful to work with. He clearly explained the issue, resolved it quickly, and made the entire process easy. I would highly recommend their services

Google5Our garage door spring broke at a very inconvenient time. We called Josh (the owner) who picked up the call immediately. He was finishing up a job but said he’d come right over after that, and he arrived quickly. Josh had us back in working order in nothing flat! Josh was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Accurate Garage Doors should be your first choice/call if you need help with any garage door needs!

Google5I am so happy with the work that Josh at Accurate Garage doors did for us. From getting a quote to the install the communication, the pricing, and the quality of work were just fantastic. We expected to have some delay in getting our door because of supply chain issues but it came in early and was installed quickly. It looks amazing and works with our current opener which we were not ready to replace just yet. I hope to work with Accurate Garage door in the future when we are ready to switch that out. If anyone is just starting down their journey of wanting to replace a garage door I would recommend using the visualizer on the CHI website and ordering samples to get a feel for the color.

Yelp1Never in my life have I dealt with a worse business over. He literally laughed at me, was demeaning and degrading. He tried to make me feel dumb and then stood us up after we waited hours for him telling us he was on his way. So unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend.

Yelp1Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. Did a half a** job and then cursed on the phone when asked to correct the issue (that wasn't fixed). Check reviews on here and Google, he does this regularly.

Yelp1Got this name from Home Advisor and stated my garage door was sticking, going down somewhat crooked and occasionally bounced back up. He stated it cost him 20.00 to get the lead off the site and requested to view the job next day. I had to work the next day so scheduled an appointment 4 days later at his convenience between 9- 11am. At 11am he phoned to say he was running late and he'd arrive after noon and hung up. When he did arrive he parked in my driveway and walked into my garage without notice, I heard and saw him and joined him, he stated the track was lower on one side, he could adjust them for 200.00 or simply oil the hinges and it should work just fine, he sprayed the hinges and informed me there was a 25.00 service fee, I stated he could've just informed me of that without the charge and further stated it didn't work that way, wrote up a service call bill and wished me a nice day, I wasn't impressed.

Yelp1Wow! This may have been the most unprofessional contractor I've ever encountered. We just bought a new home - the previous owner told me she had paid for the garage door install and that the contractor would be back in the spring to finalize the trim work that couldn't be completed due to weather constraints (already paid for). When I called Accurate to schedule a time to complete the work, the guy interrupted me and said I was not his customer and he wouldn't be coming out. I again tried to relay that the work was already paid for before he interrupted me again to re-emphasize I was not his customer and that he was an independent contractor that makes his own decisions. Very rude and unprofessional!

Yelp1This guy is a total jerk. Very rude. Can't give a quote over the phone--to replace a cable? I believe he is the same guy I had called before--came and wiggled a screw for 3 seconds after I drug my ladder over for him to use, then charged me 70$!

Yelp1Called this company to repair my door. He shows up, I tell him to come be introduced to my combat service dog and he then refuses to service my door. When he pulled up, he parked in my driveway and his truck leaked oil. Very rude and does not service US Armed Services vets.
