Angi5Phone estimate did not take into account the possibility of needing larger springs. The price went up as a consequence. It was reasonable none the less. He did an excellent job and did it quickly. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door springs.

Angi5Mr. Ma arrived on time. Explained the problem; fixed it and even gave me a short tutorial on how to fix it myself the next time. He was very thorough, explained everything. My garage door is now quiet and operates smoothly. Services Rendered: Mr. Ma fixed the sensors on the garage door so that it would open properly. He also fixed the springs and cleaned and oiled the track, all at no extra charge.

He was actually across the street working on my neighbor's garage and I said, " hey, before you leave mine won't shut either" and he helped me. So I gave him a tip but he didn't charged me. Angi2Manner of Owner/service person was not at all friendly. Had quoted us $45.00 but charged us $83.00. Will not use again. Services Rendered: Adjusted rail and inspected door. Evaluated opener. Previous owner had set too high and it would not retract when encountering object. Said that door panels are cracking and said we will need new door.

Angi5Called on a Monday when I couldn't be around. He said he would come on Tuesday morning. He was there on time for me to still get to work by 10 am. He told me the garage door opener was old and I probably needed a new one eventually. He lubricated, adjusted and trouble-shot the old one. He said to call him when it went out again. He quoted a price on a new opener and I checked around and it was a good and fair price, plus he would install it; I just needed to give him 24 hour notice. When it goes, I will be calling him. Services Rendered: Garage door stuck in the down position.

Angi5I was worried that it wouldn't be the same color or be what I wanted. When I came home from work I couldn't tell the difference. He kept in contact throughout the job to keep us posted in price and how the work was going. He did an excellent job. Services Rendered: We had a heavy wooden garage door. The spring got stuck and after the 2nd time it got stuck they recommeded replacing the door with a lighter one.
