Google5Atwood Door Company has helped us a handful of times over the years! The customer service is phenomenal! They come quickly, fix the problem with ease and always do an amazing job. This last time they were able to fix our door we thought was broken saving us time and money! I only have positive things to say and I HIGHLY recommend!!

Google5I highly recommend Atwood Door Company. Ben worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. All of our questions were answered quickly and he took the time to explain all aspects of the work and product. They did five garage doors for us and installed 2 openers. Pricing was very competitive as well. Hard to find companies like this these days, quality and integrity through the whole process. Thanks again.

Google5My old garage door was 30 years old and it showed. I did some research and found a door I really like. I called Atwood and said I need a door and know what I want, I asked what my next move should be. The first Gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. I sent a photo of the door I wanted and got on it. I had a very reasonable quote the next morning. Ben came to the house to measure. While he was here he fixed the horrible squeaking in the old door. Randy came to install the new door today and it is beautiful! I highly recommend Atwood!

Google5I had an excellent experience with Atwood Door Company! I had a recent garage door problem and I called a "big named" company that I saw advertising on the news. They came to my residence and they came with a "big price tag" along with untrustworthy information. A friend referred me to Atwood Door Company. They had a similar door issue as I did and they had an excellent experience with Atwood Door. I called them and they came out to my residence very quickly. They were able to troubleshoot the problems and explained why their competitor was offering solutions that were not required to my particular door problem. The competitor had high pressure sales and they really did not want to just fix the problem; they felt it was necessary to replace almost every component of my garage door. Atwood Door Company was able to fix my door at a fraction of the price and they were trustworthy! There was no high pressure sales and high quality service. They made me a customer for life. If you are in need of a garage service or a possible replacement; shop no further! This is a company that values their customers and they stand by their work.

Yelp5The company took my order on Monday and Sam out same day. He knew alot about doors being so young and helped me alot on what to do. On a personal note " His Mama raised him right" very kind and helpful. * The door came out on Wednesday and Randy went right to work. Even when my garage was "almost to small" he said. My driveway was still icy - he did a very good job without falling. He also helped me to understand about the lubercation of the roller bearings with what spray to use. I went out to check on him serveral times - to make sure he was alright (being it was so cold and my garage was not heated). * Thanks Mr. Atwood you have a great crew. Yelp4When my day started, I wasn't planning on spending $800+ for a garage door, but my wife who backed into our closed garage door had other plans. The incident happened in the early evening on a weeknight, and I immediately called and left an after hours voicemail with Atwood Door Company. The very next morning, I was contacted first thing at 7am by the owner. He explained that he was just down the road, and had a crew member close who could be at my house shortly to survey the damage. The crew member arrived about one half hour later and gave me a quote. Although like I previously mentioned, I wasn't planning on buying a new garage door, I liked ours fine the way it was, it was time to pay the piper for the wife's inattentiveness. I agreed to the $800+ estimate and was told the crew would be out the next day to install a new door. Later in the afternoon when I wasn't home, the owner called and said his crew had finished another job earlier than they thought and could install my door that afternoon. Although I wasn't home, I gave them the go ahead and let them know the man door to my garage was unlocked. When I got home over 2 hours later, I had a new garage door that looked great. I was billed the next day and paid by check. The service was excellent and the garage door is great, but I docked one star because I paid for a new garage door spring. The crew didn't leave my old garage door spring even though it was in good condition. The springs break over time due to wear and tear. I would like to have an extra spring to save money on parts when my current one breaks in the future.

Angi5This is the second time I’ve used Atwood Door and I’d hire them again in an instant. First time I used them my door was messed up because a car had hit the door. One big name company came out and said it was not fixable and that I needed a whole new door. On top of that I have 2 different garage doors (2 bay and a single bay) so for them to match I needed to replace my other perfectly working door as well for 3800 dollars. Atwood came out, laughed when I told them what I had been told by the “big company” and fixed my door in a hour and a half for 150. I can’t recommend them enough.
