Best customer service ever. I stupidly backed into my garage door this morning and called Boyd Garage Doors. I caught them at just the right time. They were at my house in 15 minutes and took only 30 minutes to fix the doors. Nice, professional, fast. We purchased our doors for our new home from them as well. Great service and installation at that time as well! I highly recommend for anyone needed repair or a new door.

Nicest people. Answered right away! Under promised in the nicest way and over delivered! They were out and fixed our door asap! I was not expecting that!! And they were so great!! It was a fast repair and done well! There communication was amazing also! They called to give me a window and then called back to tell me they would be at then late end of that window?! We received rapid and professional service. Our garage door opener broke, and we had been planning to replace the door soon. They came out to the house the next day, diagnosed the problem with the opener, and offered solid pricing options for both the opener and a full replacement. Work was completed the next business day (new door/fixed opener). No complaints whatsoever, would definitely recommend.

Excellent. The cables had come off the drums. Rollers had come out of tracks. We could not close the door with the opener or manually and a blizzard was coming. They made repairs in less than 2 hours from the time we called! He also explained how to prevent this from happening again. Bravo. Services Rendered: garage door repaired

My garage door spring broke on Saturday. I called the company that had last serviced my door, which I learned was bought by Boyd. I first requested emergency service but when they explained how to open it, they let me cancel. But returned promptly on Monday and were in and out in 30 min including oiling all the hinges. After having a "Tim The Tool Man Taylor " moment yesterday, I really messed up my garage door. I called several places all whom were closed but Boyd's called me first thing this morning and their guy showed up a little over an hour later. He fixed my screw up at a very reasonable price and gave me some valuable advice on what would have resulted in another "stupid is as stupid does" moment. I went fantastic. I placed the call, and it routed to the owners cell. As soon as he got back to the office (less than 15 min) he called me back to get me a link to an internet video so I could perform the simple repair myself and save the cost of a service call. Excellent and fast service. Services Rendered: They answered a series of questions for us that the manufacturer could not. While they did not have the answers at hand, they took the time to do internet research and find me an instructional video so I could make the repair myself.
