Yelp5I researched highly rated garage door repair services - this company was the only one that had a high number of 5-star (only) reviews! I called asking for an appointment for maintenance as our garage door was 'glitchy' - I was booked for an appointment in less than 24 hours. The service tech called/texted me a few minutes after the earliest arrival time and gave me his approximate arrival time (he ended up arriving early!). The guys completed the maintenance in less than 20 minutes and the door is quieter and no longer glitchy. The maintenance fee was $95 - very reasonable given what prices are these days and there were 2 people who did the job. Very happy to support this small Asian-owned business!

Yelp5Our spring broke on our garage door so I contacted Innovative Door Systems because they were near by and I'm glad that I did. I was quoted a reasonable price and luckily they had a repairmen, David, who was only 15 minutes away. Once he arrived he immediately got to work repairing our door. David was extremely professional and very personable. I would highly recommend Innovative Door Systems!

Yelp5Nick fit us right into his schedule. The guys came out on time and worked fast but efficiently. Almost made it look too easy. Very knowledgeable, kept me in the loop on everything. Very great eye for detail and it was a very clean take down and install. Highly recommend!

Yelp5Worked with Nick, he came out on a Friday night when my door was jammed, and had it back and running the same evening. He also came back later in the week to fix additional parts, that could likely cause long term issues. Fast, efficient and knowledgable!

Yelp5Scheduled to get an estimate on my garage. He made arrangements to fit our needs even though it was after hours. Took one look and fixed it on the spot. Told us that we had a broken piece but it was still doable and he can swing by later to change it. At this point he's testing out the garage and we noticed that it no longer slams shut like it used to. Just a smooth ride all the way down. I'm extremely happy with the work that was done. If you want reasonable price and a professional Nick is your guy. Don't even waste your time with anyone else.

Angi5The young man is sure a hard worker. He called me as soon as I punched in I needed work on this site. He was quick to come out, which I needed him ASAP! I could not get my car out. He was very knowledgeable about what needed done. He got things working as good as new. He gave me very reasonable quotes for two new doors which we need since our old ones are 31 years old. If I talk my husband into replacing the doors, I feel very comfortable that he will do a good job, I am afraid I cannot feel that way about a lot of contractors, so I tend to do most things myself. Services Rendered: The cable on the garage door broke and it needed some general repairs because it is old.

Angi5Awesome! He did more then replace the springs. He balanced the door, replaced the frayed cable and fixed the reason for the frayed cable. Door is now level and super quiet. Services Rendered: Replace broken spring.
