Yelp1Nofziger door appears to strive to have excellent customer service as Kyle the service manager came out for free for the initial inspection, he has very good communication skills and responds to emails promptly. But the installer was in a huge hurry and made some mistakes and the company did not seem to want to own up to the mistakes in a timely manner. The technician was also trying to cut corners by not installing my new sensors that came with garage door but ultimately Kyle made him come back and install them as my old sensors was 20 years old. I reached out to Kyle because the garage door didn't appear to be right when opening and closing and was loud, Kyle said he would be out next week to inspect garage door and garage door opener , I waited for about 2 weeks. In desperation to get garage door opening and closing properly, and because it was very loud, i had to hire a separate company to come out and fix the mistakes that where made. They also took my old remote that operated my other garage door when the technician left and didn't bother asking me if it went to other garage door and didn't offer to bring it back, then i had no help trying to figure out how to program the new remote for other garage as it wasn't as simple as the older style remotes i had to contact liftmaster for help. I had to spend an additional 150.00 to get another garage door company to come out here for a service call. I will update my review if it's ever made right

Yelp5Have to give Nofziger Doors a 5 Star review. Thank you to Kyle who came out to assist us with our garage door problems. One of those, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Even purchased a new remote since I thought that could be a problem. Kyle was able to adjust, lubed the door and operator. Seems to be working fine now with his adjustments. He totally inspected everything regarding the actual door and mechanisms. I will recommend him for any garage door problems. I might add, the price was fair and the person answering the phones at the office was very pleasant and relayed all messages promptly.
