He was very polite and professional and he was able to get me in the books the following morning (literally less than 10 hours later). Brad Larkin was out technician and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. He was able to fix the problem that same day! Highly recommend this company!

The technician, Brad, was professional, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and loved what he was doing - he's a great asset for his company. Brad also gave me a few pointers on general maintenance, which was great!

Google5I had an outstanding experience working with Prolift to replace the opener and torsion system for one of my garage doors. They came out quickly and provided an estimate, communicated consistently and clearly throughout the process, offered a fair price, and the technician (Brad) was top notch. Google5Excellent customer service! Brian and Brad called ahead because he was able to get to my condo earlier than my scheduled appointment. I was worried about my garage being broken for longer than I anticipated because I was thinking I would have to budget for a completely new door. To my surprise he was able to fix the door with some new hardware and get my garage functioning again right away! Thank you Pro Lift I appreciate your attention to detail. Google5My garage door was old and in disrepair. When I called, the ProLift team was here on time, quick to diagnose several issues, and helped with some quick, simple repairs to get the door back in working order while a new one could be ordered. Having never purchased a new garage door, they helped talk through the pros and cons of different new door options, and helped me decide the one that was right for us. They were patient, responsive and courteous throughout every stage of the process. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Google5Three hinges pulled out of our garage door and I wanted the door repaired rather than replaced. Others wanted to replace the door and hardware and tried to upsell me. Instead, Brian and Brad repaired my door hinges and adjusted my spring tension. And, the cost was very reasonable. I'm relieved and very happy! In the future, if I need the door replaced, I'll call them.

Yelp5I had a garage door cable snap, thankfully with my car outside of my garage. ProLift was able to come out on a Saturday and fix the problem, even though it required a trip back to the warehouse because my garage door setup is unusual. Pricing seemed very fair as well.
