I took Mr Martinez to court. From the time he was served to our court date, he changed ownership to his wife. His wife has very little knowledge of garage doors. The judge granted me a judgement for this case for some of the money. I have not received any of the money to date. Services Rendered: Mr Martinez of Industrial overhead doors was hired to install two residential garage doors at my house. The doors were supposed to have impact rated windows. Mr Martinez guaranteed the doors he was installing would pass Texas windstorm inspection. After I told Mr. Martinez I wanted a state inspector to inspect his work, his demeanor changed adversely. He told me he had a private inspector that would pass his work. I had the TDI ( state inspector) call Mr. Martinez. The result of that conversation was the state inspector would not pass the doors Industrial Overhead Doors was planning on installing in my house. That is as far into the job as he went.
