Google5We have used TOD for several years and we consistently have the same wonderful service. They give same day service when we call. Today Michael B and Nathan replaced the seal on the bottom of door and did a thorough adjustment of the door and ensured all was working properly. They were quick and very efficient. Google5I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs. Brandon answers the phone and is very professional, polite and answers all your questions. Michael installed a new Lift Master garage door opener for me. He did a great job, very professional, polite, hauled off the old opener all parts and cleaned up. Michael explained how to operated door, program my keypad, program my car and help me download the app on my phone so I could use my phone to open and close the door. Thank you, Texas Overhead Door.

Google5On Thursday afternoon after getting out of work, my garage door wouldn't open. Found my spring broken and immediately called Chuck and he quickly scheduled a repair the next morning, by 930 am, FIXED. Michael the technician also replaced type of spring to provide more cycles due to usage data they had from last replacement. Yes, that detailed and the price us more than fair. Got an issue with your garage door or opener, give them a call, they always deliver quality service

Google5Purchased windstorm garage door. Door installment exceeded my expectations. Mike was professional, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. Brandon was extremely helpful in explaining the pros and cons of options to purchase. Chuck came and scoped the job so everything was accounted for. Job was actually completed about 2 weeks ahead of predicted schedule. Cost was turnkey with NO extra surprises. All in all, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

Google5I was in a desperate situation with my garage door stuck open overnight and no way to secure my possessions. I left a message, hoping TOD would get back to me soon after opening the next day and that they had early time available to get me going. I got a call even before 8:00 AM and was happy to hear someone would be right out. Nathan was prompt, polite knowledgeable, efficient, safe and friendly. He fixed the issue by putting the cables back on both rollers, adjusting all the settings and completing inspections, all while answering my questions and keeping me informed of expected costs. He explained the competing company who replaced springs less than a year ago used the wrong ones, which led to the cable issue and other problems I had not reported. I could keep the wrong springs and pay what was quoted or he could replace them with the right ones. He quoted a price and had the springs in his truck. We compromised on replacing one spring and I agreed to the price. He then said there was a mistake and it would be $20 less. The job was done to my satisfaction and a lower price than I agreed to. I rate TOD 5 stars because Service, speed, price and satisfactory result could not be higher. I will use them again and recommend them.

Google5My experience was smooth as silk, start to finish. I contacted Texas Overhead Door about replacing my old door with one that was hurricane-rated for impact resistance, and the first thing I was told was that an windstorm engineering inspection would be completed at the time of installation, as part of process, and included in the quote. Once I selected a door, the installer came by, the same day, to examine the garage opening and make sure I was ordering the right one. On installation day, the crew contacted me as scheduled, and the windstorm inspector came as they were finishing up. This company knows really how to provide excellent service; and I'm not surprised to see they have virtually nothing but excellent reviews.

Google5Highly recommend using them. They just installed 3 garage doors with all openers. Did a great job - easy to deal with. Solid quotes, no surprises. They were also far less expensive than other companies and had doors in stock vs. 5 weeek wait time with others. I would definitely use them again.

Angi5It went very well. I have a Raynor garage door and called garage door company that had repaired it in the past. That company said they no longer serviced Raynor doors as they were no longer a dealer for that company. The repair related to the seal at the bottom of the door and might require that the bracket attached to the bottom of the garage door be replaced before changing the seal. After several calls, I found Overhead Door which has changed its name to Chapman's Garage Door, Inc. Rick understood the problem and made a service appointment for the very next day. Rick gave me clear guidance on the price that involved two or three options depending on what the technicians found. The guys arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and got right to work. They discovered that the current bracket at the bottom of the door was in good shape and could be re-used. Once the worn out seal was removed, the new seal was quickly installed. The technicians ran the door up and down a few times. They discovered that I had an unrelated problem involving one of the side brackets into which the door rollers fit. It was causing the door to bind on both sides and eventually would have caused real damage. The technicians quickly fixed this problem within the original hour of service time. When the technicians left the seal had installed, the bracket at the bottom of the door re-used saving me the parts charge, and another problem had been diagnosed and fixed. These guys are terrific and real pros interested in solving your problem and leaving your garage door in great shape. They went the extra mile for us! Angi1Hours inconvenient, too expensive! Services Rendered: Nothing - gave a quote over the phone of $225.00. They had very inconvenient hours (would not come out before 9am or after 2pm). We found someone else on Angies List that we used and are extremely happy. Family owned company, $80 less, very professional, came at 5:15pm, took 40 minutes to repair. Very Happy!

Angi1My garage door had been sticking and I was afraid I would find myself trapped. I called this garage door company because they were fairly close to where I live. They told me they could not come out for 3 more days. When I asked the price they told me the first hour would be $95.00 and $26.00 for every 15 minutes after that. I was pretty shocked and not too happy. I decided to join Angie's list and read some reviews of this company that were not making me feel any better. I called the "A" listed company and they came out the same day for a price of $60.00. The Flores and Sons Overhead Doors were wonderful. Two men came out and serviced the door Services Rendered: Because I joined Angie's list and found a recommendation for Flores and Sons Overhead Doors I called and cancelled the appointment I had with this company which was still 3 days away.
