Yelp1We had primary garage door Eden, put new springs on our garage door Feb 15,2024. He was friendly, prompt, and appeared knowledgeable. I paid half cash/half check to him. It took weeks for me to get a copy of the paid receipt despite multiple calls and emails. That isn't the big problem. We have had issues with the garage door crashing to the floor(just had 2 new springs). My husband called twice, I called twice. Eden was supposed to come out today. No contact. When you call you get an out of area service call time who gives you the run around and says someone will call. Now the door doesn't open at all. Overpaid for quick service a month ago and no one comes or calls us back. Do not use this company!
