Google3Amazing experience with Total Concepts. From the first meeting to the final installed floor… they have been wonderful to work with. Professional, great communication, flexible and great work! Floor is absolutely beautiful. Need to revise my review. We have had some questions with the floor and have found it extremely difficult to get answers/restitution. Just know that if you use this company… service ends at installation.

Google5We moved into our two year old home and decided the patio and pool deck needed to be resurfaced. We had three quotes but when Mark Sullivan visited he educated us on the critical importance of the preparation process and helped us choose the best product. We are totally satisfied with the professional and on-time service. As you can see from the photo the result is awesome. We recommend Total Service Concepts.

Google5We had our 2 car garage floor done in tidal flakes with one coat and the results look amazing! Our experience with both Mark and his son were outstanding. He even stopped by the same day when we had questions about the finished result to educate us on process, care, and lifetime warranty. We are so happy with the result and highly recommend this floor to anyone looking to convert your concrete surface to a beautiful, functional and durable floor with great customer service!
