Google5I recently hired Keystone Concepts and Renovations to replace several bedroom doors and finish the trim work, and I’m very happy with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, they were professional, punctual, and attentive to detail. The new doors were installed cleanly and fit perfectly. The trim work looks sharp and was finished with care, giving the rooms a polished, updated look. They also kept the workspace tidy and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. Communication throughout the project was clear, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The project was completed on time and within the agreed-upon budget. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Keystone Concepts and Renovations for anyone looking for quality finish work and reliable service.

Google5Peter did an extensive renovation on my home, which included re-framing interior and exterior walls, a new entry door, window, trim work, subfloor, and concrete work. His work is exceptional and has stood the test of time. He is also a subject matter expert and a master of his craft. I am so grateful I found him. He was a great communicator, which made it easy to plan the “phases” of the job. He was very transparent when estimating/pricing as well, which I appreciated. Peter is as honest as they come, keeps a clean job site, incredibly hardworking, and you can trust his word. You will be grateful you hired him over the competition. He is the best!

Google5We recently hired Keystone Concepts and Renovations (KC&R) to renovate the screened on porch that I built almost 40 years ago. Earlier in the year Peter Kenny, the owner of KC&R stopped by and evaluated what needed to be done. The entire roof structure was jacked up and the 2X4 plate that the porch was sitting on was replaced. A lot of the exposed lumber was also replaced and the porch was re-screened. They also corrected a problem created when another contractor installed a rubber roof about 15 years ago. The contractor wrapped the facia with aluminum but didn't wrap it low enough and water from gutter overflow got to some of the roof rafters. KC&R evaluated this and brought in an sheet metal bender & re-wrapped the facia high enough where no more water will have ingress to the roof. Additionally, they installed a new screen door (I had never done a great job with that when I built the porch). Peter and KC&R did an absolutely fantastic job with everything and came in right at their estimate. They finished all work in about one week and modified their work schedule to allow me to paint everything so that when they were finished, all the painting was done. I couldn't be more pleased, I basically have a brand new porch for a great price. I would highly recommend this company! Thanks guys!

Google5Peter and the crew did a great job of replacing some siding on the back of my house and building a new overhang for my back door. He uncovered a home improvement nightmare left there by the previous owner, but his professional work made it look great. He was very professional and timely and kept in touch with me every step in the process. Keystone concepts and renovations gets my highest recommendation.

Google5QUALITY WORK, ON TIME. After a major roof issue was repaired by roofers, Peter Kenny and his crew had the daunting task of putting the inside ceiling into place including insulating, framing, installing drywall and priming. Everything was expected to match flush with the undamaged portion of the vaulted ceiling in our two story master bedroom. Their work was painstaking and exact and we are extremely pleased with the final outcome.
