I called them on a Monday with a custom order. They were ready the same week. Came by in the morning, tore down my big heavy old door, and installed a new door with all new hardware. Most importantly, they cleaned up all the old mess and left it better than when they showed up. Amazing job!

A friend of mine recommended them when they lived in North Richland Hills and I live in southwest Fort Worth. I had garage door cable problems and the spring broke. Bruce Door is an honest garage door company. I've been ripped off by another garage door company in the past, so I was very pleased to find Bruce Door. I've used them twice. First to replace a pair of torsion springs and yesterday to repair the door when I knocked it off the tracks by hitting it with the car. Both times they had someone at my house the same day (Glenn, both times), where able to give me a price over the phone and didn't raise the price once they were here. What they charged me for a pair of springs was LESS THAN HALF what I had been charged by another garage door company 4 years previous. Both times he was out, Glenn was very friendly, worked very quickly and did great work. I could not recommend them more.

We had a great experience with Bruce Door. Our garage door broke and they gave us the option to fix the spring or replace with a new door. Since our old door had many dents and was old, we decided to replace with a new door. They offered a very affordable rate! Customer service was amazing from start to finish. They arrived on time and finished in two hours. We are located in Watauga so it is great to support a local company!

Garage door was not going down all the way so I called Bruce Doors. Came out between the time they said they would. Pushed settings button on my garage door opener and sprayed a lubricant on my spring. Fixed the problem, but was here for 9 minutes and charged me $110. I understand there is a fee for checking out the issue but felt like I was highly overcharged for what amounted to a very quick service call. I was expecting to pay 60 or 65 for them to show but $110 for 9 minutes was a little excessive.

Wife woke me up this morning letting me know the garage door was acting up, I helped her get the cars out of the garage and then called Bruce Door company for a busted spring replacement. They gave me a window for arrival and were spot on their time. Glen and his helper were here and swapped out both springs on my door and lubed/adjusted amazingly quick. Pricing was very reasonable and I'm glad my door is back to working as intended and should be for quite a while into the future. Highly recommend these folks, they've been around for a long time and do great work!

I arrive home, and my garage door wouldn't open. It's 4:00 PM on a Friday. I call Bruce Door Co., and at 5:01 PM, I am writing this review after the repair man has been and gone. Not only were they fast, both the person on the phone and the repair man were friendly and responsive. And on top of it all, I felt the cost of the repair, which was quoted up front, was very fair. I strongly recommend Bruce Door Co.

My husband and I stopped by the Bruce Door office Saturday morning April 11 to get an idea of what kinds of doors were available and to see some real examples. (They have 3 installed doors that you can play with.) We talked to the owner and were impressed with his knowledge and liked his recommendations. He did not try to upsell us. We chose to go with a more expensive door to get the best insulation we could because our door gets intense morning sun. We paid a little less than half done to get the door ordered. The door arrived in less than a month. The owner called us and we scheduled a convenient install date. Two highly skilled long-time employees arrived on time and spent 2.5 hours installing the door. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely after themselves. One noticed that there were some scratches on the door and called the owner, who immediately drove out with a touch-up spray and touched up the door. We love the new door. The windows let light in so we don't have to turn on lights when we go in the garage, the motor is very quiet, and the door operates smoothly. We are very happy with the experience we had with Bruce Door and highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: Installed a new 16 x 7 Olympus 500 long panel insulated garage door with insulated glass across the top, including new rails, springs, Liftmaster 8355 1/2 HP belt drive opener with two remotes, an interior button, and an exterior keypad.

Not applicable. Services Rendered: On Angie's List, Bruce Door Co. says it gives free estimates. I phoned Bruce Door Co. on 11/11/15 to ask them to come to my house and give me a free estimate on replacing my garage door opener. Jeannie Seof, Office Manager, told me that the charge for an estimate is $25. This amount is applied to the cost of the work, if you hire them. I said that Angie's List said that her company gave free estimates. Ms. Seof said, "That's just an old ad." Bruce Door Co. does not give free estimates. I did not like it that Bruce Door Co. did not honor what it had put on Angie's List. I did not hire them.

So I am ready to leave for work this morning. I hop in the car (which is in the garage), hit the garage door opener and the door would not go up. A quick inspection showed the spring had broken. I got on Angies list to search for a garage door company near me and found Bruce Door Co. I called at around 8am and they said they could have someone over right away. Before 9am Glen was finished replacing the spring and oiled all the pertinent parts. Sounds better than before. From the time I called to the time he finished was less than 1 hour.
