Google5Door Works has been our go to vendor/contractor since 2000. Dean; Operations Manager and Our Technician John both helped schedule an emergency service today. John removed & installed new springs that replaced the broken one that snapped from all the frigid temperatures we've experienced here lately. They also installed new high imact rollers to insure smooth and quiet operation. These folks have continued to always give us options with our best interest at heart and not driven by taking advadvantage of a consumer during an emergency. High Quality in both products and services Thanks for being a class act!!

Google5Door Works responded quickly and installed new openers immediately restoring access to my garage. All inspections and needed repairs were done in one day. The tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous answering all my questions and thoroughly explaining everything. It could not have gone any better and I will definitely use them for any future work. Very satisfied customer.

Google5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience getting my garage door repaired. Chris replaced a broken torsion spring and did excellent work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He even showed up early for the scheduled time slot, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly and the repair was done efficiently. Highly recommend this company and Chris in particular.

Google5Contacted the company via online form Sunday evening; they called first thing Monday and had someone there by 1PM that day with everything we needed. Martin was great and made it easy. Pricing was perhaps on higher end but fair and they were completely transparent; they also rep Masterlift. Happy with the install and will use again.

Google5Hire these people, they do not overcharge or upsale. They are focused on fixing the problem within budget. They also make sure everything else is work besides what you call them out for. This was the second time using this company because they did a great job at my dad's. I had to see if they were always good, or if it was just the one time. Now I am a lifetime customer.

Google5Martin notified me when he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the funny noise my garage door was making and presented me with several options for repair. The repairs were made quickly. All is well now. I am very please with the prompt and professional service from this company and from Martin the technician and Dean who answered the phone.

Google5I can recommend Door Works without any reservation. They are the ultimate professionals starting with scheduling through project completion. Recently we were out of the country when I received a call that a garage door at our home would not close. I called Door Works and left a message - it was a Sunday evening. When I awoke the following Monday morning, we were 7 hours ahead, Door Works had sent me a text acknowledging my request and advising that they would have a technician at the location by 8:30 AM Monday. They took care of the matter as promised and we were able to continue our trip uninterrupted. They are the absolute best service company that I have ever used, be it for new installations or repairs.

Google5Highest quality work I've experienced with work on my home. My first interaction was with Andy who came to fix an installation of a driveway gate that a different company installed. He knew everything about the liftmaster gate opener and got everything working perfectly. Four years later, still works perfectly with no issues. Based on this excellent service. I contacted them when I needed a new garage door. Again. Perfect installation by Brett and his crew. So quiet and nearly airtight. I got an insulated model and that has made a big difference during recent very cold weather. I love the wood grain look. I love how quiet the rollers movement is on the rails. All installations happened in quoted time frame. Excellent communication confirming times, when employee is on the way etc. I will use no one else. These guys know their stuff. Thank you for continued great service.
