Couldn’t go to work this morning bc my garage door spring broke. Door Tech originally installed them almost ten years ago. I found them online, called and got voicemail BUT! I had the option of leaving a message or texting. I hung up and sent a text. I received a quick response, same day service, and reasonable pricing. The owner himself came to do the work and as a female that was home alone at the time, I couldn’t have felt more comfortable. I will not hesitate to continue using or recommending Door Tech!

If you aren't using Nathan and his guys then you just don't want the job done professionally, efficiently, and passionately. Micha was the lead on my job and all I can say is, "WOW!" Even his apprentice was working hard to take care of our emergency order. I got very lucky they both stayed so late to finish so we could pass our fire inspection the following day, which we did. Not only did they come quote us, they installed SAME DAY! Use this company; you will be satisfied in every regard.

Having been in customer service for over twenty years I expect a lot. Nathan and Shane did not disappoint. I do not know a thing about garage doors and was terrified it would be outrageous on cost. Nope, Nathan was very punctual and right to the point. Had to order new springs and Shane returned in a few days and replaced the springs, lubed the tracks, tightened belts and reset limits. Both technicians were on time exactly, and the price quoted was the exact cost! I will highly recommend Door Tech to anyone and everyone.

I thought I was going to need a whole new garage door after backing into the garage door. :/ The door was no longer on the runner and it bulged out into my driveway. I couldn't get my SUV out of the garage. Door Tech employee, Nathan, told me I wouldn't need a new door....it would be no problem to fix my current door. I was thrilled! The service was amazing. We called Door Tech late in the evening because a spring had broken on our garage door. The owner called back that night and came out the next morning. He gave us all our options and related prices. We decided to replace the entire door as ours was quite old and beat up, and upgrade to an insulated door. I called Door Tech of Texas for a free estimate. They were not available, so I left my contact information. The owner, Carlos, returned my call in an appropriate amount of time and said he could give me a free estimate that day. He arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. He informed me that he could replace the spring for around $195 parts/install, or he could install two springs (which would allow me to open my garage door manually if one should break) for $225 parts/install. He had the parts in his truck and was willing to install the springs on the spot. I wanted to do comparison shopping first. I called another company who came out (eight hours late) and quoted double the cost! I went with Door Tech. Carlos was out of town, so his son preformed the service. He arrived promptly, was very professional, and got to work immediately. It took him a very short amount of time to complete the work. Afterwards, he showed me what he had done, explained about the warranty on the parts, and even put a sticker near my garage door opener with their contact information for future reference, if necessary. Most importantly, he didn't charge me anything more than the $225 we'd agreed upon. After working with both the father and the son, and appreciating their honesty, professionalism, and the fact they charged exactly what they quoted, I would highly recommend utilizing this small, family owned company! They saved me both money and time, seemed very knowledgeable about garage doors, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Services Rendered: The one spring on my garage door was broken. They installed two springs.
